Worst conveyancing in Melbourne. Uneducated people who charge as much as lawyers. Had a couple of friends deal with them and charged over 1k for basic settlements. Don't waste your time and money!

Unprofessional, rude, disorganized, didn't do the job properly, required multiple reminders.

The only reason there is not more negative reviews is because of his threats. Even after I had settled and posted the review he refused to send out the standard settlement documents. Over the phone he said they were specialist request documents, then over email asked for $300 and made up that I had lost them. I would pay an insurmountable amount more to anyone else to avoid such a dodgy character. I feel so strongly about this I would happily email any unsure customers our emails logs. Beware.

I sold a property and chose this agency as they were available during Boxing Day to New Year. A huge mistake on my behalf and I would never use them again, and forewarn anyone who uses their service.

I found them arrogant, dismissive and poor at listening. When I followed up with inquiries from my real-estate agent they made statements such as 'don't listen to her, ' 'they don't know what they are talking about. ' As a result stress and confusion came from my real-estate agent and the buyers' conveyances.

The owner had a catch phrase 'not a worry in the world, ' that he would use after each of my inquiries. Unfortunately, this was not the case as his dismissive attitude lead to multiple mistakes. An example of this was not getting early release of deposit despite filling my paperwork and following up on several occasions.

I found the paperwork they would forward to be very disorganized and non-intuitive. Overall, my experience with their service was poor.

Very good to deal with and found them very knowledgeable and professional. Friends recommended and I would also pass them on to colleagues and family. The owner was understanding and compassionate to my needs as I was upset with the seller but he was able to work out a solution for our family.

Lovely to speak to and they are very skilled and knowledgeable. Selling my unit was super easy and they emailed all paperwork. Made life much easier as selling is not without its stress. I should have used them earlier. Freely recommend.

Don’t be fooled by the Low Cost name. Definitely shop around as there are far better priced/serviced conveyancers out there.

Be careful of using this company. They lodge caveats to prevent a settlement if you have a disagreement with them. Would not recommend them. STAY RIGHT AWAY AS THEY ARE SHIFTY SCAMMERS!

I highly recommended Low Cost Conveyancing. Mine was a drawn out process but I was always treated with patience and professionalism. Decent service although would have been nice to know of settlement time a few days beforehand. Had some unexpected difficulties on settlement day with the first home buyer grant not being applied for (appears that bank was to blame). Took a fair bit of to and froing but we got there.

Updated response to owner: Thanks for that. However, I received the letter (with a settlement time) before the first home buyer grant issue was raised. In other words, I only found out about the first home buyer grant issue after I was advised of the settlement time, so I’m not sure the timeline aligns. Also having trouble with an updated bill.

2nd update: just don't bother with this organisation. Suggest you look at the consumer affairs Vic action.

Had a fantastic experience with Ambyre, she did very well over the end of year peak period. I'm also very pleased with the value for what I paid. Their conveyancing is really low cost!
