Low Cost Conveyancing Services

I recently dealt with Low Cost conveyancing and was very disappointed with their overall service. Ashley showed no real care to our situation. It was all about how much extra he can charge. The cost blew out to an astronomical amount. Beware of hidden fees. He charged an additional $250 to travel from altona to Williamstown to get a bank cheque. Mind you, he was going there for other clients at the same time. Our fees quoted were approx $1000 and we ended up paying nearly $3000. There was some additional work involved due to the situation however he was paid extremely well for doing the job. The best thing and only good thing about Low Cost is Kimberley, his assistant. Her service was professional and she showed so much care and support to our situation. I recommend her personally but DO NOT recommend Low Cost. Before engaging them for you conveyancing definitely look elsewhere. The cost will be lower and the service (from Ashley only) would be much better. I did also see afterward online that Ashley was fined due to false advertising of costs so this doesn’t surprise me. I wish I had seem that before and I wouldn’t have chosen Low Cost Conveyancing.should be called Most Expensive Conveyancing.

We used Low Cost Conveyancing in Werribee a few times but most recently for the sale of our late Parent's family home. I can not praise highly enough of the professionalism and help that we got. Kimberley went above and beyond from start to finish and saved us from a lot of stress for this difficult sale in our lives. All instructions were given in the highest of standard and all communication was always fast and prompt. I have always referred Low Cost Werribee to many family and friends. DO NOT USE. Pricing not transparent. Not low cost. Quoted $650-extra charges more than doubled final charge. Terrible customer service. Did not follow up on issues, very slow for simple transaction.
