Just before Christmas we decided to purchase a block of land. I called Low Cost and they were more than happy to help me even though most other places were winding down. They went through the contract with me straight away. I've used Low Cost before and they've always been really easy to use and if I've ever had questions they were very helpful in clarifying any of the information.

Low Cost was amazing- so professional and on the ball with all elements to help us buy our land! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, l would recommend their services to anyone needing conveyancing.

Quoted me $600 which was also on my paperwork. They said maximum they will charge is $700 if need be. I also sent several emails saying I need to know fees as I don't want to be surprised at the end. Upon settlement I got charged over $1000 In fees. Furious I called back and I got refunded after making several complaints however still paid over $850 In fees. Calling was a nightmare as I was put on hold several times for over half hour. One of there staff is highly incompetent and has no idea on what he is saying. He didn't know what the fees being charged were, gave me wrong answers to all my questions and was just making things worse for me. Its definitely not low cost. Experience was so extremely stressful with them

I recently dealt with a separate conveyancer for the sale of my property, and realised how perfect the service else where was. They stand by there word and don't over charge fees being quoted!

Average service- Ashley is good but the other staff is not up to the mark. Overhead cost are high and it is advisable to buy insurance directly as it will cost you nearly double if you buy from them. Anyone availing the services should read their t&c carefully including the placement of 'Yes' and 'No' tick in the boxes.

Very costly and lot of follow up.
Don't go by name of low cost.they will surprise you at end by all the hidden cost.

Beware: they won’t tell all details ; go though the contract if you already signed the contract with them.

Terrible company, rude dishonest and arrogant. Very poor communication and never get back promptly. Highly recommend spending a little more and going elsewhere! They are cheap for a reason.
