Los Hermanos Mexican Taquería

Inattentive and rude staff.
We were told multiple times that there was an event on and we would have to clear the table, we knew and were fine with so we ordered our mains, however we had a waitress come and rudely tell us we need to leave the table despite ordering our mains and waiting for an hour for them and they didn’t even bother to check if we had our food. Our mains finally arrived and some of the tacos were cold and upon telling the waitresses one of them snapped at the birthday girl that the tacos were just made and didn’t offer to warm them up again and just walked off. As we were leaving the restaurant it was very busy inside so we let one person line up to pay and the rest of us were going to wait outside but as we were walking out a waitress grabbed one of us by the arm aggressively and rudely shouted at her who is paying the bill? We were out celebrating our friend’s birthday under no circumstance should a waitress touch a patron like that. So appalled by the lack of customer service and how rude the staff were to us all night. Not once did they ask if we were enjoying our meals, we had to ask for glasses, drinks, side plates etc. The only time they were attentive to us was to tell us we had to leave the table at 9pm.

I have heard really good things about this restaurant and would love to try it.
However, I have to give them a 1 star rating cause they cancelled a booking I had for weeks for a special occasion on the same day.

Good Mexican food. Their Tacos are flavourful and very saucy. Seating is a bit tight but they kindly accommodated us without a booking.

This place is AMAZING! The whole experience was fantastic, the venue aesthetic is super cool, music was Mexican/Spanish inspired, staff were all over it and food was unbelievable! Food is very well priced, we were so impressed we will be back for sure! I would definitely suggest getting there just before 6pm to ensure you get a table it was full in no time on a Saturday night

Best tacos in town, period. The tequila and mescal, for connoisseurs and not are amazing, a little price to pay to enhance your senses and palate with the atmosphere, and to drink REAL stuff. After Climbing and tacos is a must.

I can’t believe how cheap and delicious this place is! We savoured every bite, it was divine. The only negative was that they didn’t have their liquor licence at the time so there was no cocktails: (but the food made up for it!

A great place full of nothing but good vibes and great people! Food is exceptional, the drinks never disappoint and Bruno and his team are always helpful and at your service! Definitely one of my favourites places in Brunswick, if you’re looking for grouse Mexican food, hit them up!

I wish I could give los hermanos zero stars for how awful my experience has been at both of their restaurants. If you have any kind of dietary requirements expect to be shunned. I was also charged for cancelling my booking a couple of hours prior because they wouldn’t serve celiacs ON my birthday. I should add we used to come here a lot and the staff were great and always catered for GF. This time though I was rudely told by “Bruno” that they have NEVER catered for celiacs even though I have dined there before and never had an issue. Will never go back it recommend.

I have been twice and am a big fan. Great vibes, good cocktails and open late! They miss out on 5 stars because it’s a taqueria with a disappointing fish taco! Despite the delightful authentic flavours of everything else I tried, the fish taco is smothered in chipotle mayonnaise and there’s not much else going on. I will be back anyway and would recommend it

Buzzing place v with a different vibe. Food was nice and staff were nice too. Good place for dating.

Packed with enthusiastic customers.
Somewhere to sit and drink inside or outside undercover.
Whatever you do, the food is to die for! There is a reason why Los Hermanos is booked out every few weekends.
The staff are so very friendly and even though it's busy they are always there to assist and make you feel comfortable.

Something different? You may love it or you may hate it but try their tequila shot with their house chaser ;)

Food just ok, cactus (nopales) taco interesting, barbacoa pork chewy and a bit dull. No split bills when paying $242 is UNACCEPTABLE. $65 “jug” of margaritas was actually a jar mostly of ice, more expensive than 4 individual margaritas. $35 flight of tequilas was good.

The food was incredible! One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been too!
You could easily have 3 tacos and their watermelon margaritas are a must try!

I’m just going to leave this here. You can decide for yourself if you think this was an appropriate way to handle your customers.

Best Food ever! I dream about the fish tacos, good serve of guacamole and chips too!

Try the tequila shot with the green chaser shot (I can’t remember what it’s called) but you won’t regret it!

Order guac with extra salsa, otherwise it's bland. First batch of totopo was great, second batch was a bit more stale. Fish Taco is by far the best one, and I think I'll just get 6 of those next time. Quesadilla was good. Watermelon Tequila was great. The grilled corn thing was freaking amazing. Churro was undercooked, Flan was a bit too dense.

Great authentic tacos with a fun and funky vibe. Always busy which shows they’re the best tacos around

Last thing is that I recommend you to check and smell your take away containers. They smell a bit.

Its a nice little restaurant/bar. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Nice music.
Service is okay! A little bit slow, it might be because of COVID. Staff could be more friendly.
Cocktails were strong! And tasty.
Food was 7/10, but good for price and type of restaurant. Options are limited though.

We went right after the lockdown were lifted and we had to book, but they do accept walking.

Overall nice, we had a good night.

The food is good, great cocktails esp the watermelon margarita.the tacos are good too but a bit dry and portions are small
