Fish tacos that crisp flavour, add a swizzle of lemon or a dash of chili jalapeno green sauce. Dive into the potato tortilla with soft barbecued red capsicum and coriander chilled and aioli. Or snack on the corn, coriander and chilli mayo tortilla. Any way you dive into this, it's a delight. And savour a drop of the fresh, crisp rose.
All up a great place to snack and dine before a look at the local jazz club. Los Hermanos is a little gem. And try a cocktail with a salted rim.

Easy 5 stars. Very popular place so recommend booking ahead. Food was fantastic and so many options for meat lovers or vegetarians. Good cocktails too.

Despite the small frontage, a lot of people can dine in. I don't stray much from the tacos—many gluten-free options too—always ordering a fish, a lamb, and recently trying the smoked mushroom, which was very tasty. The pickled onion with 'the classic' quesadilla was lovely, a wise option for sharing. I don't bother ordering the gauc as the portion was always too small for the quantity of chips. Definitely worth the visit, and a revisit, and another revisit!

High expectations from word of mouth but poor service, mixed up orders, tacos that were disappointing and long wait times between courses put a dampener on things. We ordered and half an hour later they came out to say what we ordered wasn’t available and we had to choose and wait again. At one stage we had to grab our own water glasses as they gave us the jug, but no glasses. Nice margaritas but overall pretty disappointing

Always great food, really good spicy margaritas. Service is average but they usually seem understaffed. Still one of my fav places in Brunswick though.

The staff were nice enough but there was no attention to detail. Place smelled like a wet dog. It was impossible to get a drink. Clean your gosh dang bar. Honestly

Nice fresh simple Mexican food. We had to book ahead, it's always packed so unfortunately not as casual as we'd like. A little on the pricier side ($80 for two) but flavours were nice and fresh. Fish taco is highly recommended. Nice ambiance, great space. Staff were attentive.

Rang phone number on a thurday night, left a detailed message wanting book a table for the coming monday night.got there, there was no booking, had to sit at a dhared table, and someone said they dont take bookings via phone. So why didnt they ring me back to tell me that? Or say that clearly on their web page? And.why even show their phone number.and why have a messagebank on their main number? Please explain? A bad system!

Food was fantastic and tacos I had were very similar style to what I really had in Mexico. Service was great. One seriously unfortunate thing happened due to someone not checking what was put out on the table, there was a cigarette butt floating in the bottle of water which my son had a drink of. Mouthful of this ruined his night. The manager was apologetic and gave us a round of free drinks. Nothing to do with the food which was excellent.

The Brothers is all about Tacos including options with Cactus and Mole (chocolate). For takeout the Sope travel better than the Taco and are a crunchy alternative not often found. Finish the meal with some Churros.

Had this on ubereats on a Saturday night. Was made and delivered reasonably quick, the food was delicious but most importantly the meat ratio in the food was absolutely fantastic and the meals were exceptional value for money.

This is a cute little place with nice atmosphere. The food is beautiful. Not a huge selection but its good. We had a booking for 6.30pm and the service at the start was quick and great and then after 7pm something must've happened as it seemed that it was hectic and stressful for the team. I wouldn't order Churros again. Was dense and have had better in food trucks and the chains. Very accommodating with allergies, would definitely come back

I'd heard rave reviews about this place so when a friend suggested we go there for dinner I was really keen. We arrived at 7: 30 and the place was busy, so they said half an hour wait. Totally fine - we went and had a drink elsewhere until we got the message to say the table was ready.
Once there, we waited ten minutes to be seated. Another 20 minutes passed before we were able to order. We asked for a jug of sangria - they said they had no jugs. So we ordered two glasses of sangria and some food.

After another 20 minutes our drinks hadn't arrived - we noticed there was only one bartender so we assumed it was just taking a while, but when we asked the waiter about our drinks, she told us that they were actually out of sangria. It was frustrating to have had to ask to be told, but whatever - we ordered 2 mojitos. They arrived after about 15 minutes - made with dark rum, flat soda water, and served in a tumbler. These might be petty details, but paying $36 for 2 poorly made drinks when we initially asked for an $18 jug of sangria was really disappointing.

Finally, an hour and a half after sitting down, the food arrived. The food itself was fine, but I think my friend and I were so hungry and so disappointed by the whole experience that we were entirely unimpressed - it absolutely wasn't worth the wait or the expense.

At no point during our visit did any of the staff let us know about, or apologise for, the wait times or stock issues, and at no point were we asked how everything was.

TL;DR, the food was average, the drinks were sub-standard, and the service was abysmal. Highly recommend going elsewhere for good tacos - La Tortilleria in South Kensington is my best recommendation.

We were greeted by a staff member who didn’t seem too enthusiastic to seat us, even though we had offered to sit outside.

After sitting around for a while ready to order, we had to ask whether we ordered at the table or inside as no one had come to see us. The same staff member took our order in an equally unenthusiastic way and walked away.

45 minutes after ordering, I quickly asked another staff member to double check if our order had been put through as we had been sitting around a while and just wanted to double check.

The first staff member came out and said there had been a mix up in the kitchen with dockets and the food was being made now.

The food was great, but I wouldn’t go back for the service if it’s always like that.

These tacos weren’t that good and I don’t understand why it’s so popular and crowded. Most importantly, we had a little incident there, one staff splitter beer on my friend’s head and shoulder but didn’t say a word. A moment later, she came to say sorry which wasn’t sincere and in a careless way. We decided to leave and when were checking out, there’s a lady complaining about service with the owner. What can I say, bad service deserves bad reviews.

Excellent hospitality, delicious food. The cactus tacos & sangria were especially beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Best fish tacos! Always come back to this place for good tacos. The restaurant’s got a nice ambience and friendly service. Do book though if you don’t want to miss out.
