I love Lona, my partner and I go there all the time. We went there recently and it had a live band which was great! Always great service (so attentive) and friendly staff!

Good drink specials and has a great beer garden out the back for people to study as no music is allowed to be played due to suck neighbours

Some great deals on food and drinks if you sign up as a member, quick and easy to do at the bar. Food was tasty and big portion sizes. Live music some nights also.

Booked a table through Dimmi on Wednesday for half price food. Food is tapas style ideal for sharing and surprisingly good. Live music was very entertaining and brightened up the atmosphere. I think this is a great place to chill out with friends on weekdays.

One of our favourite night spots in Melbourne. We stay away from St. Kilda on weekends, but Lona is great midweek. Very talented musicians on the mic, great food and drink specials, friendly chilled out staff, and chic venue fitout. Good spot for a date night or to catch up with friends.

Over the top price on a small hot chocolate take away $5.00, you have to be kidding. You don't even pay that much at cafe down Chapel Street! It wasn't even mixed, all the syrup was on the bottom of the cup! At least make an effort to stir it!

Delicious food and fantastic cocktails. Had a fantastic night. Tapas was so flavorsome and mains looked generous. Cheers guys

Brilliant service by the wait staff, food was out fast and was really good. Would highly recommend.

Drinks are well-priced, live music is lovely but it is very British heavy and they are intense when intoxicated. Had one put his fingers in my drink and asked the bartender to back me up to say it wasn't okay and he said he didn't want to get involved. Other than that particular bartender the service was really lovely and attentive.

I've recommend this place before but it's actually got better since I was there last. Great crowd, good food and sensational service. Recommend highly.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU GO HERE! Staff are friendly and food is okay, but management is one of the dodgiest i have come across in all my dining experiences. I had made a booking through here via Dimmi, to take advantage of the 50% off offer, and instead of being granted the offer, i was charged more than the actual menu price without the offer! Go figure, lucky i checked the receipt! So dodgy! I filed a complaint with Dimmi but they haven't seem to do much or care other than pass it on to Lona and tell me someone will call me to sort this out. I have reached out nearly 10 times and have not had one call back and am being ignored. It has since been Really really bad experience i will never forget. If you go here, PLEASE check your receipt because there is a good chance they will charge you for more than what is advertised on the menu! Super sneaky!
