LASH ENVY MELBOURNE

Having recently moved back home to Australia after living in Canada, I did my research and chose to go to the girls at Lash Envy for my new Lash place and I was not disappointed! I was previously getting classic lashes and after discussing my options with the lovely Olivia i decided to upgrade to a natural volume set and i was blown away, they look so beautiful! Can't wait for my next fill!

Life Changing
I’ve been going to Lash Envy for over 9 years. As a working executive and mother of 2, life is busy! Being able to wake up with perfect lashes is life changing. It saves you so much time and you always look great! Thanks Ange for creating your magic on my lashes.

I have been a client at LEM for over 2 years now.

I am addicted to my lashes and get the natural full volume set and absolutely love them.
Whenever I am out, I am always complimented about how great my lashes are.
Big thank you to my favourite lash artist Jen who always makes me feel soo pretty after each refill. Big thank you to Colleen too who does an awesome job handling a very busy reception, but always looks after me with my appointments.

All the staff at Lash Envy are awesome, friendly and extremely professional!

By far the best lashes I have ever had. The girls were very friendly. Had a full set of lashes done by an apprentice and 5 weeks later most of them are still looking good. Have to say I am very impressed especially as my last experience in a place in Mulgrave was not great, I paid a lot of money only to have most of them fall off within the first week. Will recommend to my friends, thanks lash envy I will be back for sure.

Amazing service, clean, friendly atmosphere and of course THE BEST lashes! Has been my go to for almost 2 years and have always walked out extremely happy.

Been to oakleigh 2 times for volume lashes. Both times i loved my lashes for the first few days. Then i noticed as they were falling out, the FANS were at least 8-15 peices, which is very heavy for 1 natural eyelash to carry. Usually from what I know it should be 2-4 lashes per fan. I believe they do this to save time, achieving a volume look while not lashing much (mine took just over 1 hour when natural volume should take a minimum of 2 hours). Guess what this means? Soon as a few fans fall, you've already got huge gaps.
Another negative; THEY DO NOT GLUE EACH FAN ON 1 NATURAL EYELASH. Which has damaged my natural lashes. I noticed I had 2, not 1, natural lashes fall along with the fan. My poor little lashes, I have nothing left now.

Lastly, Colenne, lady at reception, makes it way too obvious that she only cares about the money. I could tell over the phone and also face to face. Should've guessed it from the first phone call.
I hope this public review will guide others. Lash envy is always busy, they advertise great, and casual people like me fall for it and im sure will continue to do so. Im not suprised for the positive reviews, maybe they look after some people, and/or friends etc). And the rest of us are extra $$$ for their business.
Funnily enough we cant write reviews on social media so i took the time to do it here. And I hardly ever review negatively. I invested a lot of time and money in lash places which is why im investing my time now writing this.
On the positive, the young girls who did my lashes were very sweet and friendly. I dont think its them personally, but the management, who tell them what to do. So lash envy i hope you take this as constructive criticism. 1. Use less lashes for fans. 2. Only glue 1 fan on 1 natural eyelash! 3. Spend more time on clients.
I wont be back, there are plenty of lash artists who charge better rates and actually care for you too. Thanks.

This is the third time Ive had lash extensions, these were the most expensive and the worst so far, both in appearance and life span. After only a few days many of them fell off my right eye. I did think when I was in there she was spending a lot more time on my left but I thought it was my perception. It wasn't because they fell off without my actual lashes falling out. I heard two other ladies complaining while I was in there about similar issues. They do say to contact them within 3 days if you're not satisfied or something has gone wrong like it did with me. But honestly for the time it took, the cost and the attitudes of the customer service I didn't want to waste more of my time, and potentially more of my money.

I have been going to lash envy for a year. The girls are great and I always receive compliments about my eyelashes everywhere I go. I always recommend them as I think this is the best place to get your eyelashes in Melbourne.

Had my first lash extension at Lash Envy Melbourne at the Oakleigh salon over 2 years ago and since then, it’s been my only go to place for lash extensions. Every time I get my refills, I always leave feeling beautiful. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the service is exceptional. Gina and Tahlia are my favourite lash artists. They always do an amazing job and I’m always happy. You can truly see how much they love what they do, evident with their work. Keep it up girls!
