Matilda did my volume lashes today and I was so happy! They look amazing! I was so comfortable today nothing hurt and Matilda really took the time to style the lashes how I liked them and didn’t rush at all! Highly recommend her! Thanks again Matilda

Hopefully I don’t need to wait it out for them to grow out. My little curly lashes need some straightening I think.

My end result is awful and I feel so sad. I have a perm not a lift. And I specifically explained I wanted UP.so UP they touch my brow bone. Because they drop quick. Give me toy baby doll straight up. What I have is the tightest C curl in the world. Now if I had asked for curly lashes, I’d be stoked. Front on they look short and stumpy because you can’t see the tips of my lashes.they are curled in. I’ve washed my eyes so many times in the first 24 hours but they are still curly. When I first saw them I was too polite to say anything. I only noticed they weren’t nicely lifted high. But I had a better look at home and realised why they look like this. Now I’m sure the lash artist will defend herself by stating that it was curled like this because I was complaining how my lashes drop too quick. But girl… I have had my lashes lifted so high it’s been AMAZING. I came back to Lash envy due to proximity to home. But sadly I will never come again. The last time I tried it here was just before lockdown and I walked out with square lashes because it was a trainee doing them. I did not know this. Bad experience. I opted not to come back but decided to book a lash master this time. She was lovely. But I think her technique on me was wrong, especially when I explained how I wanted them. I would rate higher because my lash artist was nice, but my lashes look too awful to give it a 3 or 4.

If you want fantastic eyelashes that really last, look no further! ! The technicians as not only very friendly but are skilled, attentive, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. My lashes always look absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this amazing team

The admin staff who booked me was extremely pleasant to deal with & the studio itself has an instant calming & luxurious vibe to it. I had a great experience at Lash Envy Oakleigh with Sara. She was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job on my lash extensions!

Usually I have a very good experience here. There are some Lash technicians that are really good, but today wasn’t the best experience. I had a lady doing my lash, lift and tint unsure of her name, but I think management should be in forcing more strict personal hygiene standards the lady that did my service absolutely stunk of onion it was on her breath on her hands when you are in someone’s personal space a few inches from their head, you don’t sit there, breathing onion breath all over them. You pop a meant in your mouth

I have been getting my eyelash extensions from here for a little while now and have been happy most of the time. On my most recent visit I had Mel for the first time and am really happy with how my appointment went with her and how well the lashes are staying on.
