I had high expectations as it is very expensive $170 for volume at Oakleigh done by Bee, my left eye has more lash’s than my right eye and with in 2 days they are falling out! Ive been following how to look after them! No oil no water so what the? No way do I recommend and will not be getting refills done there! Rip off! My neighbour later tells me she wasn’t impressed with her visit either, wish she told me before I got them done!

I love coming to Lash Envy Melbourne and have been a loyal customer for over 3 years, the minute you walk through the door you know you are in the right place for lashes! They get booked out so quickly, so appointments are essential and they have clients on waiting lists, this speaks for itself, the staff are a wonderful bunch of girls friendly and extremely welcoming, I couldn’t recommend them more highly

Very impressed. Went to the oakleigh salon from a friend who recommended them and got a full volume set. It’s been 2 weeks and my lashes still look new. I paid $230 and I have had so many compliments it is worth every cent. I can see why they are so booked out. Will be back. Thanks lash envy girls

I have been a loyal client of lash envy for quite a few years now & I still TIL this day walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars.
Working for an airline is paramount you look immaculate, even at 4am! I hardly have to wear any makeup with my lashes. It makes life so much easier, getting ready so early in the morning to start work. Bit of red lippy and lashes done, Im set, ready and looking so glam for work! Researched a lot of places and heard this was the best. Very happy with the customer service and my lashes are perfect. 3 weeks later they are still looking good. Paid $170 for a natural set in volume. Have booked in for brows for my next visit too. Highly recommend

After careful consideration and multiple positive reviews, I decided to get a volume fill for my eyelashes here. However, I would not recommend this place. I came for a fill because I was desperate- I had been travelling abroad for 3 weeks and I needed a fix. Online, it indicated that my fill online was meant to take 60 minutes. In the past, my lash techs have usually taken the full 60 minutes, if not longer to fill my lashes (depending on speed). My appointment was delayed 15 minutes because my lash tech came into work late. I don't remember her name, I think it was Amy? There were a few times she poked me in the eye whilst applying my lashes. But perhaps what bothered me the most was that she was chatting with the receptionist for the entire duration of my appointment, and as she did, I noticed her work slower and slower, applying lashes every few minutes. When she told me she was done and showed me, I could already tell that she had applied way too much glue (my eyelids felt really heavy), and that she had applied the same length of extensions throughout my entire lash line. I have smaller asian eyes, and every time I have gotten my lashes done, they have been fanned out like a cat eye, or a doll eye look (and they have always asked). But never have they been the same length. She should have measured it out and realized that my previous false lashes were not all the same length. After she completed my lashes, she told me that my lashes were extremely fragile and thin- to the point where she found it really difficult to apply them, and tried to sell me a lash thickener. I do understand that my lashes are fine but they are not impossible since I have been getting them done with no problems for over 3 years, so I was a little offended. It seemed like she was saying that my natural lashes compromised her work. Anyways, in the end I paid, I left, and I checked the time. I spent no longer than 30 minutes with her, and I paid $100. I know there are a lot of girls that work there so I can't speak for other lash technicians, but this was a really bad experience as I felt like the quality of the experience and the service was poor. In the subsequent weeks, as my lashes began to fall off, I noticed that the lash glue would be stuck together amongst my natural lashes- something that should not happen if applied correctly.

I've been getting lashed by Dolly for the past couple years and I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else! My lashes turn out perfect everytime, I cannot recommend lash envy enough- especially dolly, she's very talented:)! Xx

I absolutely love this salon - I have been a client for four or so years at this stage and would not go anywhere else to get my lashes done. Every time I leave, I think that my lashes are the best they've ever been and then they go out do themselves again next time! All the girls are amazing at what they do, the salon is a warm, welcoming environment and I honestly feel pampered as soon as I lay down. It's my "me time" and I just love it. The lashes last beautifully, my natural lashes are healthy, and it makes my morning routine so easy without fussing around with mascara - just a lifesaver! Also, the manager/owner, Angela, is so kind, caring and dedicated to her clients - I think it really shows through the treatment clients receive. Lash Envy, you are amazing! Thank you:)
