LASH ENVY MELBOURNE

This review is for Lash Envy in Oakleigh.
I had an eyelash extension appointment last week. I was a close contact to covid and had already gotten symptoms on that day but tested negative a few hours before my appointment.
I called to let the clinic know this information and a staff member on the phone advised that if I cancel I’d have to pay a $50 cancellation fee.
Even though I had symptoms the staff member encouraged me to attend, although their business policy states customers with symptoms should not attend. I attended and that night when I left I tested positive. I let them know the situation through text and I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience I felt.
Any extenuating circumstances outside of the customers control, especially Covid (which gives us no choice but to cancel the service) should not fall under the cancellation fee.
Lastly there should be stronger boundaries in place to protect your staff from the risk of covid if the customer has let you know they are feeling un well.

Other then this experience I have enjoyed my lash experience.

Lash Envy is Oakleigh… the absolute best in Melbourne. The glue they use makes you feel like you don’t have lashes, unlike some other chains, where you could leave with crusty spider leg type lashes. Absolutely the best place to go.

I’ve had my lash lift and brows done here for ages, was hit and miss with some artists, however Mina is absolutely incredible! She does a gorgeous job as is never too heavy handed with my brows.

Very disappointed that my daughter was sent a $20 voucher and when she tried to use it Angela (owner) said that it was sent out by mistake and would not honour it. She said it was a "glitch" in the system. When I explained that in business you need to honour your mistakes she didn't care less and had attitude about it. To lose three clients over $20 does not make good business! Happy to move on and give my $ to a more deserving small business.

I came in and got my eyelashes done by Charlotte and she was an absolute gem! Not only was she an absolute sweetheart but she had the lightest touch. There was not one moment where I was uncomfortable. I was so beyond happy with the results! Highly recommend!

I had the amazing lady charlotte do my lashes and I have never been so obsessed with not only the lashes but her amazing service. She made me feel so comfortable and was the kindest soul. I am so excited to come back so she can do my lashes again as I felt like a queen after she did them and the quality of them was incredible.

I see Sophie at lash envy in oakleigh and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I don't trust anyone else with my lashes except her. Every time I leave I always have them looking full and fabulous. She does them so quickly and they last such a long time too.

I love getting my lashes done here! My usual lash tech Sophie Walker always makes me feel comfortable and at home. Her bubbliness and confidence is contagious and I always feel better about myself walking out then I did walking in. She is always on time, and professional which I adore.

Housemate had her lashes done on Thursday - (naturals) and everything’s gone wrong. First time she went there they were perfect! And lasted 2 weeks. Now with a different girl, She was poked in the eye, then told at the end ‘ I’ve done as much as I can in your hour’. Now on Monday (4 days later) her lashes have all almost fallen out and are all crooked. She’s been really careful taking care of them and this is $80 not well spent!

Have been going here for a while now and love my lashes every time! Sophie has always done mine and she's so lovely and does an amazing job each time I've been! They also last for ages which is a bonus:)

I got my lashes done by apprentice Charlotte. She was so gentle I almost nodded off a few times. I went with a different, shorter set that she recommended and it will be my go to from now on!
She is killing it, I'll be booking in with her again!
