I have had Acute Patellar Tendinopathy for 2 years while playing basketball. I have tried reversing this is a number of way including loading, stretching, rolling etc.
Laser Pain therapy gave me a plan to remove the inflammation in both knees, build up the strength in both tendons and then strengthen the required accessory muscles to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I am back to full training sessions at 100% and can finally play basketball pain free.

Following sit bone pain I was diagnosed with Ischial Bursitis and Hamstring Tendinopathy. After my first season of footy at a VFL club I had 10/10 knee pain and couldn't run a step. Had seen physio’s, chiro’s, osteo’s & tried self treatment (i’m an Exercise Physiologist), as well as rest over many months with no improvement.
