Laser Pain Therapy

I was suffering from last 6months with my shoulder pain, which was injured while playing an outdoor game. When I visited Dr Shika, my pain was at a level of 6-7 out of 10. After the complete course of laser therapy, my pain has been reduced to almost 0. Thanks a lot to Dr Shika and her team for all your support and help to achieve this.

How often do you walk out of any medical practice and think, this is really good. They are genuinely trying to help me. I have suffered plantar faciitis for 30 years. Dr Parmar persisted with my treatment longer than was originally planned, but I do have a lot of improvement.

Amazing. I went to Dr Parmar with an ongoing back injury that I sustained in 2018. I tried everything under the sun to help my injury and nothing worked. LPT has been a godsend. In May 2020 I had an x-ray and ultrasound of the right hip. I was diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis and tendinosis (right hip) and commenced treatment in the same month. I highly recommend the Laser Pain Therapy, conducted in a professional and non invasive manner for treatment of this condition.

I am 65 and have had a sore right hip since at least 2016, often taking Paracetamol tablets at night so I could sleep comfortably. In January 2020 the situation deteriorated markedly, making it at times difficult to drive as moving the leg from brake to accelerator was painful. Sleeping and walking comfortably became more difficult and many times I woke in the mornings with a heavy limp. I completed the 12 treatments over a six week period, including the recommended exercises, and am extremely happy with the result. I don’t even think of the hip anymore, it has become a non issue in my daily activities.

After suffering with achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in both feet for over a month I found my way to Laser Pain Therapy (having seen Shikha a few years ago for swollen knees which she successfully treated).
When I presented to the clinic on 29 June I was experiencing significant pain in both feet which was very limiting and particularly painful in the morning and at the end of the day. After 12 treatments having my last treatment yesterday I'm happy to report I am now virtually pain free and with ongoing prescribed exercises from the clinic I hope to be back to normal exercise activity within another month or so.

The laser therapy clinic is AMAZING! The effects start showing pretty quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Shikha's skills and manner. The laser therapy is effective for a wide range of things, including pain, swelling etc. It's non invasive, you can't feel it. Totally painless.

I had tennis elbow pain for over 12 months i tried tables, physio, cortisone injection nothing work until i found out about laser treatment. After only 11 sessions with the laser treatment i have no more pain.i would recommend to any person with a soft tissue injury or pain to contact them.

After 10 months of uncomfortable painful wrist pain was healed perfectly in 12 sessions of laser treatment. By the 4th treatment the healing started show.

Dr Parma has an amazing technology. Where other doctors sometimes struggle with the root cause Dr Parma finds it and treats it.
I had a slap tear in my Shoulder and an abductor strain in my groin. This technology fixed both and I could not be happier with the result.

I have been seeing Dr Parmar for bilateral frozen shoulders for three months and the treatment has been great. My pain has been greatly reduced, I have improved range of movement and better sleep. The treatment is non invasive with no down time.

Thanks to Dr Shikha Parmar and the team at Laser Pain Therapy Clinic I am able to walk again 100% pain-free. Two years ago I was 30, had excruciating pain in both feet from bursitis, and could not walk without limping. My podiatrist changed my orthotics and told me that "the bursitis will come and go" and that there was nothing else she could do. The bursitis got worse, and I had to stop working.

I would like to share my experience with Laser Pain Therapy.

I approached Rachael with bursitis in my shoulder causing pain and discomfort, this was an injury from a previous sporting dislocation.
I had 10 sessions, each session showed obvious improvement. By the 10th session I felt absolutely fantastic and began the strengthening process. The bursitis is now completely gone and my shoulder is in full range of motion, strength and comfort.

Dr. Parma and her team have helped me to enjoy life again. After a year or more of intense hip pain due to tendonopathy and bursitis, and a cortisone shot that failed to help, I found my way to the Laser Pain Therapy clinic. I am now free of pain. The weekly treatments were soothing. Dr. Parmer was kind and understanding and so were her staff, Emma and Rachel. I will miss seeing them each week, but am glad to have 'graduated'. I can now go walking once again and no longer wake at night with throbbing hip pain. I urge anyone living with pain caused by soft tissue injury to contact the clinic.
