I was struggling with toe bursitis for 5 years before knowing laser therapy, tried everything from insoles to acupuncture but nothing helped, amazingly within just 11 sessions with dr Parma my pain is almost gone. Can’t recommend more.

I had some ongoing frustrating issues with tendonitis and bursitis for over 6 months, partly due to sports and also a nasty bicycle accident, where I landed hard on my right shoulder. I tried variety of treatments but all only provided me with temporary relieve. The pain soon came back after a few days, restricting my ability to play sports and to raise my right arm overhead. I went to Laser Pain Therapy Clinic to discuss my issues, Dr Shika Parmar was very informative and explained the process very thoroughly. After just 2 treatments over 1 week, I was so amazed to feel massive improvement in my ability to play sports with very little restrictions. I continued with 5 more treatments, where each treatment continued to impress me where my range on my right shoulder improved pretty much back to normal. This is remarkable how laser treatment in the end restored back my frustrating issues. I can't thank Dr Parmar and her wonderful and friendly team enough in making my life in doing sports and day-to-day activities more enjoyable. Bursitis is a frustration no more. Please give it a go.

I had been suffering back pain for four months unable to sit down with an L5 S1 protruding disc causing severe Sciatic pain.
I tried an Osteopath and physiotherapist for 10 weeks with no improvements.
I decided to try Laser pain therapy and within 6 weeks of treatment l am pain
free and my life is back to normal.
I can not thank Dr Shikha Parmar and her wonderful staff enough, for being so professional and genuinely wanting me to heal as quick as possible. Thanks again
I highly recommend Laser Pain Therapy Australia.

I have been suffering from chronic achilles tendonitis for over 15 years coupled with calf issues which has put me out of running for about 12 months of recent times
Having previously undergoing surgery, PRP injections, shockwave therapy and also quartisone injections none of them being successful
I had nothing to lose but everything to gain to try laser paint therapy. I was running again after 6 sessions and after my full course of treatment 12 sessions I was back to running at nearly full capacity
I have been back a full capacity now for nearly 2 months and haven't felt better
Highly recommend this treatment and the staff at the clinic were extremely informative and friendly

I just want to thank Dr Parmar for being the first person, in the line of practitioners I have seen, to be incredibly thorough in her initial consultation with me. She asked for every detail of my journey of recovery from trochanteric bursitis and gluteal tendinopathy. I saw multiple physios, GPs and a specialist for over a year before I encountered laser pain therapy to treat my weakened glute. No other practitioner took the time to *really* ask how I had been coping, what medication I had been taking, what treatments I had tried and when. This was very impressive and gave me the reassurance that Dr Parmar was making an accurate assessment of my condition. The laser therapy has been quite effective in reducing the pain in the affected area. I truly never thought I would reach a point where I can ride a bike even for 10 minutes! As the weeks go on, and I stay committed to the physio treatment that Dr Parmar prescribed to me, I feel more confident in my ability to walk for longer, or endure flares (which have now lessened quite a bit!). Nevertheless, it is ‘early days’ for me to see the long-term effects of the laser pain therapy but I do hope it improves over time. It takes a lot of patience and results are not immediate, but I am in a much better place than I was prior to the therapy. Strongly recommend for anyone experiencing ongoing chronic pain/chronic inflammation and has not been reassured with other treatments before. I went through a long process of physio only to find myself back in 'square one' multiple times. Laser pain therapy has made me feel stronger and more comfortable in my body. I believe this line of treatment is the future. Thanks Dr Parmar and the team at LPT!

Trying Dr Shikha's therapy for Morton's Neuroma was my last attempt before going down the route of surgery (which in itself has the potential to not be a success). From the start I appreciated Dr Shikha's direct and polite nature, and the way she considered my whole health and not just the pain I was experiencing.
Overall, the therapy was largely a success as I can now do things I couldn't do prior to receiving the therapy, and have staved off needing surgery. I was taught new ways to manage the neuroma & its vastly different from what others say, but totally makes sense. She is a great Doctor and if I wasnt so far away, would have her as my regular GP. Thanks LPT team, you were all great to deal with.

I have been unable to walk for a number of years without experiencing pain. I have tried a number of other treatments, all without success. I could never get any relief from the pain. I have spent a lot of time and money on my back. I read somewhere about Laser pain therapy and decides to give it a go. I had quite an extensive interview before I received any treatment. The treatment has been very very good. I would strongly recommend it tp anyone.

Great results for both my chronic tennis and golfers elbows. Went back for another 12 sessions for chronic back issues which have been a great success. Thank you to Dr Parmer and team for helping me get my mobility back. Highly recmmended!

My treatment was provided through a detailed and clinical appraisal of my background to the injury. In my case I was in a chronic stage of HIP pain caused by tendinitis. From the initial visit, I felt more comfortable and with each session I became more confident that I was definately on the road to recovery. Following several sessions I was feeling sensational until a minor flare due to my own negligence. I feel though that I now have a plan of action to return to a pain free existence. Thanks to all at the clinic and of course Dr Parmar.

In 2019 i had a fall and damage caused was 1mm short of requiring surgery. As i had a holiday booked i had only 6 weeks to get to a point of being able to walk unaided. With Dr Shikha's treatment of the damaged area i was able to go on my holiday and walk unaided.
Recently i injured the same leg with a calf tear and only two treatments in, and my recovery was well on its way. I found Dr Shikha very caring and also knowledgeable in how to treat injuries and pain affected areas. She is also very mindful to not book any treatments unnecessarily as she understands costs are also a concern for many people. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to go if and when necessary. It was great finding another option for potentially fixing my long term back pain for relatively affordable sessions!

The treatment did wonders for my inflammation in the short term, however unfortunately hasn’t had any long term benefits for me.

I recommend giving it a try if you are out of ideas for how to improve your back pain!

One of my best decisions, choosing this as a curative chronic pain treatment in a decade long battle with chronic migraine, TMJ and neck pain.

I have searched for more than ten years to find a solution to pain from my achilles tendons. All types of medical (GP, Physio, Osteo etc) and allied health (vitamin, acupuncture, massage etc) options have been explored with only ever temporary relief. In desperation I found low level laser therapy and it was literally a case of why not?

Initially I had many doubts, I have tried and failed so many times, and the LLP did not produce instant relief, but by about the sixth session I could feel clear improvement. From that point on, it was obvious this approach was working but in the back of my mind - when does the other boot drop?
After 12 sessions Dr Parmar advised 'that's all that's needed, time to allow nature to take its course'. My only response was 'what can you do for my shoulder'?

Interestingly, the shoulder followed exactly the same pattern, albeit more quickly - no instant improvement, but by about S4 I had improved range of movement. We continued on to S10 (yesterday) where Dr Parmar again advised that enough had been done to allow my body's natural healing to take over.

The tendons still give me a little discomfort now, when out for a long walk or during a long period on the dancefloor, but there is little pain after the event and it's completely gone the next day. I very much look forward to the day, that I am certain is coming, when someone asks; 'how are your achilles tendons? And I can respond; 'you know I have even noticed'!

I am very pleased to recommend the services of the Laser Pain Therapy clinic and would return immediately for any chronic pain issue.

Laser Pain Therapy has helped me considerably and I highly recommend it. I'm 30 years old and for the past 18 months I've struggled with an achilles injury suffered from playing football. Even walking I found incredibly difficult and having a constant limp was really impacting other parts of my body and my enjoyment for life. After completing 6 weeks of treatment I'm now able to walk pain free and getting back into daily exercise including running.

Shikha is not only a lovely person, so easy to get along with, kind, compassionate and extremely intelligent she actually takes the time to personalise her service and doesn't treat you like a number. I have spent years trying to get help from Doctors and have found their ego and band aid approach has left me frustrated and never actually getting better. Once I met Shikha my health changed for good. She explained what was happening with my body and why, the treatment had no side effects for me unlike medications and actually fixed my problem areas. If you want to get better then go and get treatment from Laser Pain Therapy, the staff are also brilliant. If only more Doctors were like Shikha we might actually have a system that works!

Dr Parmar thank you for such an incredible service. You have helped me and changed my life for the better. I never thought I would be free from pain, after spending years with Melbourne's "best specialists" and "medical professionals" I was reluctant to try this. I am grateful every single day I did, as is my husband and children. I can not recommend you highly enough. I just wish I could use you for all my medical needs! Thank you again Dr Parmar

For a number of months, I was in extreme pain in my back and chest muscles due to a muscle injury from of a massage. For months I wasn't able to heal, as the muscles affected were used on a daily basis. After months of pain, I was completely healed by the laser therapy that Dr Shikha Parmar provided. After the first session I saw an improvement of 50%. I am able to lift heavy objects, move around and lie on my back without having any pain at all. Its totally gone and feel much better than I was prior to the injury! I have also recommended a friend to see her due to lower back pain and she has seen a significant improvement also. I will like to thank you for providing such a friendly service also. I will keep talking about your services whenever I hear someone suffering from pain.
Medication free also!
