The Doncaster Laser Clinic girls are fab, extremely informative and very accomodating. I have gone to see Stephanie, the injectable nurse, whom is very talented and very well informed about the products and information given. Keep up the good work!

Cannot recommend highly enough! Steph did my lips and I have never felt more comfortable and more relaxed then what I did with her, I’ve had mine done previously elsewhere and they didn’t give me near as much info about before and after lip injections like she did, she was so helpful in answering all my questions and I’ve never been more I love with my lips! Makes the 6 hour drive worth it, can’t wait to see her again

Stephanie is an absolute godsend. She has all the answers to any question you may have. She is realistic with achievable results but mostly she is truly amazing when it comes to enhancing and perfecting your look. I’ve had my lips augmented twice now in addition to dermal filers in my cheeks and chin. I couldn’t be happier. Stephanie is gentle in her administration, quick and precise.
I won’t go anywhere else.)

Laser clinics Australia doncaster was so amazing, Lisa is one of the best therapist that I've had there. She was so incredibly nice and understanding. She gave amazing service and I was so happy with my result. Look forward to going back.

Love love love this clinic. So convenient & flexible with appointments, I tend to purchase several treatments in advance. Ever since visiting, I get endless compliments on my skin. I get it all done here, laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables (Steph is a magician with that needle) and just love the Skinstitut range they sell. Everything is very well priced & the staff are always so lovely too.

Cant begin to explain how much of an amazing customer service experience I continue to receive at LCA Doncaster, especially from the lovely nurse Steph.
She has never failed to answer all my questions and always makes me feel super comfortable!

Omg der terrible such ignorance and really destroyed my lips my bottom lip has a xtra large blood bubble from the inside to outside of my lip please nobody waiste your money there

Unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this laser clinic.

I have been coming here for a year and the first few months were fine, no issues. Then after around 6-8 months I saw a difference is staff behaviour. They would always say how busy they were yet all girls were behind the counter giggling like little school girls. The temperature a few times for my laser was way too hot and they didn’t acknowledge when I mentioned the heat and how it was literally burning me.

THEN.
I moved to south Yarra and completely forgot that I had pre paid 4 laser appointments. I asked if I could use them elsewhere the lady over the phone bluntly said NO. I asked to speak to the manager who surprisingly never seems to be there when I have heard in the past of someone wanting to speak to the manager. I had left my details, no one got back to me so when I called again to enquirer why no one got back to me it’s because the girl over the phone never wrote down my details. (So professional).
Iv had it when this laser clinic. Don’t waste your time, skin or money at this place.

Unprofessional and no customer service even to their loyal clients.

Worst experience ever. Their laser Settings were not right and caused burns all through my legs. No refund policy after experiencing excrutiating pain! No customer values at all they make me sick

Disgrace! No intention for client satisfaction, rude and unknowledgable management & staff. Dont waste your time or money with them.

Great service and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They don't push you to buy their products ever. I would highly recommend Samantha and Porcha to anyone! They are both fantastic.:)

Friendly, polite and informative staff. I have used a number of the services here and I have been happy with the results each time. I'd recommend this clinic.

I have time and time again been dissatisfied with treatments from this clinic. No proper service at the reception, ive had over 10 treatments but have nothing to Show for it. İ have forwarded on my concerns but noone in the clinic really cares about customer satisfaction! İf i didnt have credit with them i wouldnt of bothered to ever go back. But i think its worthless to go back if youre not getting results right? Just have to accept to lose what ive got left over, Shame!

I am very happy with my experience at this clinic. Happy and helpful staff, beautifully designed and clean interior. Cant wait to come back for my next treatment:)

Steffanie was so professional, friendly and very caring, which made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything and my treatment was so quick and painless, compared to same treatment I've had done elsewhere. Can't wait till my next visit

They have great customer service and I enjoy all of the appointments! Mia was my therapist for most of my appointments and she is always helpful and ask how I feel during the laser treatment.
