I cannot believe a business is allowed to be run like this. The girls are incredibly rude and I was robbed. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 8 years and prepaid my sessions had apparently “disappeared”. Absolutely ridiculous and was made to pay upfront when I should’ve had two sessions left on my package. I asked to speak to a manager and the girls refused. Don’t go here these people are scammers.

My first visit to the Doncaster store and it won’t be my last the clinic is clean and full of friendly staff, they were so patient with me when I shared that I was nervous about my treatment but Shirin’s warm energy really helped me through it, great experience! Thanks team!

I had an appointment on Saturday 8th May. They cancelled my appointment without telling me. They had very disappointed behaviour when I get there. They didn't have any proof about my confirmation of cancelled appointment and try to pass me to each other. At the end with very rud behaviour told me that their manager will contact me on Monday 10th May.
So far no one called me about this wasting time and their attitude.
They gave another time for three weeks later and I believe I don't get appropriate results of full body laser as it has to be done regularly and on time.

I had injections done by Ellie
she is friendly and professional, very knowledgeable, fantastic service, amazing result also she was patient and explained everything as we went through the process. I would recommend Ellie to anyone who wanted to get injections. Thank You

I have been seeling Ellie for about a year now for my injectables and she is great. Always friendly and professional. She is very honest also and will not perform anything that she feels you won't benefit from. I thoroughly enjoy my visits with her. She is a great injector. Highly recommend!

Clinic is always clean and the girls are always professional. Today I had Christina and she was amazing! I told her I get a bit sensitive and she was so gentle! I was very comfortable. I'm a very happy customer!

We have had the worst experience at laser clinic at Doncaster.
The girls are very rude and discriminate against skin colour.
We had a package and every time we have had an appointment they have made it difficult
and made excuses why they are unable to do the service.
Would not recommend them to anybody

Let’s get one thing straight there was no sun exposure.
She went for a walk. Did not sun bake or sit in the sun.
You guys are in full fault and you know it. That’s why we got a refund
and our money back.
Still would not recommend you to anybody as you will try and blame others.

Amazing value with frequent specials and sales on their services. I have been getting laser done here for the past 3 years and am always happy with the girls. They worked with me to find a solution when the regular treatment wasn't taking well on a particular section of my legs, and I was grateful for their ability to work with me to get desired results. Would happily recommend this clinic!

Hands down Stephanie made my lips look so natural with maximum volume. I was a new client, a virgin to any Botox or filler and was incredibly nervous. As a result I was panicking before I stepped in the room and had a million questions. Stephanie calmed me down, was extremely professional and explained all the side effect and possible risks. However her ability to break down the science into laymen terms, her professionalism and down to earth nature resulted in me being very comfortable to go ahead. I left feeling like she genuinely cared about how well her work comes out and takes a real pride in her art. She followed up with me through her Instagram which is outside of the business she works for. I’ve literally seen her once as my lips have held so well and will ABSOLUTELY be seeing her again. I have been going to LCA Doncaster since the start of this year and I am seeing amazing results. I always ask for Emma, she really knows what she is doing and is very understanding for what I want to achieve from my appointments! Customer service from all the girls here is great, they're a lovely bunch and very friendly.

I went to Doncaster mid last year 2019. I have good skin and very clearly told during consultation that I was only there for a mild treatment and the lady who served me said that I should go for glow therapy and that’s it had microdermabrasion and a enzyme pack as well but she said that instead Ind the pack she would replace it with a microdermabrasion as the enzyme pack would be too hard on my skin and the pack also had 4led sessions as that was good enough for my skin and sold me products as well. I paid 400 odd dollars at the store that’s day.
Today when I went in for my session I was under the impression that I was booked in for microdermabrasion because after the last session that was what was left in my account and I was left with two more led sessions as I had used another one. When I went in they told me that I was booked in for an enzyme pack and I did not have a microdermabrasion session in my account. I was so disappointed because I left my two year old at home who was unwell and I was unwell as well but went in coz I could not postpone my session as it was late. The last thing I wanted to hear was that I was taken for another treatment, I did the enzyme pack without a choice. I was told that was not good for my skin the first time and this time I was convinced that I skin craves for it. Pathetic experience. I have all my laser appointments in this clinic and my family goes there so often this will the last time we as a family use service because my laser appointments have been great and I only took the advice that I got from here and they say that they did not make a note of it. How can you promise something to a regular customer going by your word and do something else. The lady who serves me today was good but no one guided me well for the issue and the mindset I was in with my child at home. I am so disappointed with the service as the manager was rude and of no help. I would say that you go to another clinic.

I picked the laser clinic Doncaster for their special offers making laser hair removal so affordable. My first impression was that it’s a bit a hectic place and everything is maximised for efficiency. Meeting the actual staff really changed my perception. Lovely ladies! Don’t be late to an appointment. I just make sure I’d rather get there a little earlier. I guess they can offer good prices because it’s run precisely to the minute.

Wonderful experience with laser - been hesitant for a long time but the staff have made my experience most enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Erika is just amazing. Enjoy every session as she explains everything in detail and makes you feel very comfortable) doesn't push to purchase more treatments or products however, because the staff and treatments are so satisfying, I continue to go back and feel amazing!
