The staff are very friendly and welcoming and provide a wonderful service and amazing results. Yianna has been doing my services and she is lovely, welcoming and friendly staff member. She always ensures you feel comfortable throughout the whole service. Definitely recommend.

My experience varies over 1.5 years with each visit. Some Techs were amazing and some were rushing everything probably not even qualified. I got to the clean rooms most of the times but sometimes the sheets on treatment would be disgustingly dirty with human hair (caught few nasty rashes as well) Anyways, my experience with few ladies was amazing and I really appreciate their efforts and hard work. In regards to the laser treatment, it didn’t work out for my facial hair but fortunately elsewhere worked just fine.

Horrible girls. I had a random lady come sit next to me sad and frustrated because the girls at The Doncaster Laser Clinic working around 11am on a Wednesday lied to her when purchasing the treatments. The lady had paid for “4” treatment I even asked her do you have a receipt and she showed me and she even showed me the text message she received accepting her appointment. She came to the appointment only to be told that her treatments are finished and that they made a mistake and that it was meant to be 3 not 4 treatments. So you make a mistake on your end and do nothing about it? You provided false information to that poor lady who struggles with her english and to stick up for herself and you take advantage and threaten to call security on her. She paid because she was told 4 treatments not 3.absolutely disgusting liars and thiefs. Don't worry I will spread this story around.

I have had two visits here and would not come back again!

The first time, after I removed my clothes and covered myself with a blanket, I have waited for 15 minutes on the bench the treatment specialist didn't come back. The specialist finally arrived and said she was busy treating another guest. Then when it's my turn, she tried to sped through the treatment even when I said the laser was really hurting me (underarms) I asked her to blow the cool air but she was trying to sped through the whole session and explained to me that I am just extra sensitive to laser. I was left with pain that I have never experienced in a different laser clinic for the entire day.the second visit unfortunately, it was the same specialist. I have voiced my concern to her at the start of the sesh saying that I don't want the pain even if it means I don't get the optimal result. The specialist adjusted the setting to a lower heat/ intensity and provided me with the treatment. Still the treatment made me feel like it was rushed through.

Overall, poor customer service and attention to details from the clinic staff.

I received a rude telephone customer service from the staff member, Sarah as I was interested to book.she was Not professional with no manners to my query. So I book myself to another business.

I didn’t like their attitude when you book with them. I booked an appointment with them before less than 24 hours and they didn’t tell me about the reschedule fees or cancellation fees. I have an emergency situation and they said you can reschedule just before 48 hours! How does that make sense. I realized now why you asked people to write a reviews

The girls are absolutely disgusting with their customers and rude. They are also extremely lazy. To the owners, reconsider your Sunday staff who you are paying double and a half rate to. Your clinic was not open at 10, they were not open one time and turn their customers away as a result of their own inadequacy and laziness
Wouldn’t expect any less from a bunch of girls who’s face doesn’t move at the age of 20…

I had Botox done for the first time here by Tegan and I couldn’t be happier! I was so nervous to get it done, but she made me feel so comfortable and I LOVED the result. I’ll definitely be coming back to get it done by her again

Do not use this clinic! Dodgy!
They don’t bother to contact clients about complaints or when something goes wrong! I’ve had full face laser treatment for the last 3 years with this business and have never had an issue before. After my treatment a little over a week ago I noticed an indentation on my face below my chin. I suspect that it is a burn. The therapist seemed to rush the treatment.
I’ve sent photos and a complaint email in which I was told the clinic will call me. No surprise they have not.
Considering legal action.

Again - do not use this clinic! They are unethical.

Fantastic treatment by Lisa. Was determined to achieve the best results for my skin/hair type. Also very reasonable when negotiating expired sessions giving me a grace period to use remaining pre purchased sessions.

I don't believe I will ever be returning to use this company now that my last prepaid is complete. The laser service has been ok, nothing to good or bad to say, but I have dark hair and after 10 sessions the hair is still growing back so I am dubious about the effectiveness from their work. Plus over the treatments I have met many of their staff and I have to say friendly staff are few and far between. I have never met a business where so many of their staff are consistently rude, never a warm greeting or smiling face in sight from the people at the counter. In reading all the comments for this company, if they dont teach customer service to their staff soon there may no longer be a business. I walked round the corner and spoke to Clear Skincare Laser who instantly treated me to a smile, and got my next round of business. There are plenty of other companies to chose from, Laser Clinics is not recommended at all.

The 5 stars goes to Jess who was able to resolve my issue instantly, as opposed to the online support who still haven't responded despite advising they respond within 48 hours. Jess was very nice and helpful. Thank you Jess!

Only giving two stars for the sales they have, but this clinic has such poor customer service. My last 2 appointments have been cancelled by the clinic with no explanation? Because of this, I have to wait an extra couple of weeks for them to fit me in for another appointment, which affects my laser result. So frustrating!
