Wanted to enquire and book an appointment.
Website wouldn't allow me to book a consult.
Tried calling and the number was disconnected.
Emailed them and never received a response, even when head office CC'd doncaster into a thread to contact me.
Disappointing to say the least.
Received better service elsewhere.
After reading the reviews, I think this was a blessing in disguise.

Great clinicians. Always have a good experience. However the booking and payment systems, and package management is complicated and disorganised.

The one star review is generous and I would give this company -100 stars if I could. I am extremely unhappy with my experience here and regret pre-purchasing appointments as they don’t offer refunds and are impossible to get in contact with. The staff are made up of awfully rude young girls with more mL of lip injection than they have brain cells. It is evident they are uneducated in their field and untrained in customer service, because on the rare occasion that they do answer the phone, they are very unhelpful and make it feel like you are talking to a brick wall. They are also very judgmental and hostile towards clients who may already be in a vulnerable and uncomfortable position receiving somewhat invasive treatments. It is disappointing that I have to walk into all my future appointments feeling apprehensive as they constantly challenge my self esteem and I always leave feeling disrespected. Clinicians offering such treatments should know how to build trustworthy and consistent relationships with their clients to ensure they are providing an utmost positive experience. I wish I was the only one with these views towards the company, but after reading other reviews and hearing from friends, unfortunately this is not the case, so I urge everyone to stay away.

Shocked by poor customer service!
When I first started going to this clinic for my LHR appointments, I was impressed by their great customer service back in 2020. Friendly therapists and they always made sure I was comfortable. My sessions were interrupted a few times due to lockdown, preventing me from getting the expected results. So, I simply kept purchasing more pre-paid sessions (total of 12 full body sessions) and to achieve the best results, I was told to book an appointment every month.
My issues started when one of the new therapists was unfamiliar with the machine settings and burnt my skin in two different sessions. Later when I noticed the burn scars are not healing, I told another therapist that I was feeling more comfortable. She referred me to the "manager" and the manager simply said there is nothing they can do and I am stuck with the scars! When they noticed I am frustrated they said next time they will pay more attention to the device settings and explained to me that I was treated with a machine that is not suitable for my skin colour (nude beige)! As simple as that! I did not want to cause any problems for the therapist so I never argued and left the clinic.
However, recently I have noticed and their customer service is getting worse and worse and they do not care about their customers anymore. I have referred my friends and family members previously which now I regret.
I have been booking appointments with them monthly but for the past two months in row they have been cancelling my appointments with only two days notice and the first available time they offer is two months after the original appointment was booked! As a Uni student taking a day off and making time is not convenient at all, specially now that their booking system is super unreliable (worse than ever). Last year in between lockdowns they used to cancel and reschedule appointments due to being short-staffed a couple of times which I totally understood (due to covid). Though this problem is now becoming repetitive and it all demonstrates poor management skills because not only me but other clients are complaining. Full body LHR are not cheap and I feel like the gap (2-3 months when hair growth is still normal) between my appointments is too long that I am only wasting money and time.
Let's not even mention that no one answers the phone or emails.
The clinic needs to reconsider their customer service and staff training approaches. Not good enough.

Absolutely pathetic service, they take money in advance but when the appointment comes they cancelled and wont give any appointment till another month, every time there is short staff excuse. PLEASE PLEASE do not book with them and waste your time and energy to go here and get your service done.

I made a booking online 4.30 pm facial treatment on 26/4 in March 2022. But the treatment didn’t come up on my record online, so I phoned 2 days later to clarify with the staff. The staff stated there was no booking in my account. She helped me to book 2.30 pm treatment on 26/4. However, I got a SMS message reminder on 25/4 that I have appt on 26/4,2.30 pm and 4.30 pm. Advised I need 24 hrs notice to cancel or I will bear the penalty. I phoned your company, nobody answer the phone. I checked online, again, there is no appt on my account

This is very confusing and extremely disappointed. I emailed, of course no response again. It is extremely frustrated

"Poor customer service from the manager and unreliable bookings and do not buy prepurchase sessions"

I bought three prepaid sessions because the price was good. Booked three times for a microdermabrasion and it was cancelled due to staff contracting covid. I understand times are hard but I requested a refund for my prepaid sessions because it keeps getting cancelled. And unfortunately you cannot interchange with other clinics. I spoke to the manager Deb and she possesses poor customer service skills. Her words were " We are going nowhere. " and "I have invested too much time talking to you about this" She did not want to provide me the refund even though they keep cancelling on me. And if she would give an alternative such as extending the coupon or sessions instead of asking me to do all three sessions in a week. Or even show some good negotiation skills and not justify COVID to blame. I work, and I also would like to do it in my own time, not yours which is not reliable anyway! I contacted laser clinics Australia and they were hopeless saying they are just a "franchise. " Basically saying they cannot be bothered taking any responsibility or assisting with my concern. Franchise still means reputation. Also looking at product review, many customers attending the Doncaster chain have suffered the same fate getting conned into buying these prepaid sessions and unable of booking appointments. I managed to get my appointment reschedule it was meant to be 10am and they decided to do next week which I couldn’t do but i was basically begging them to do it after 15-20 minutes if they could do it earlier. After talking to the manager about the recurrent cancellations I got upset and didn’t want to attend anymore out of principle because she was so unapologetic! To be honest they would cancel the appointment again knowing them!

Very rude staff. They don't care about customers.
Despite I had an appointment and I was there in time, she (one of the staff) told me rudely that she's not going to do all items listed on my appointment because she doesn't have time!
I've been customer at this place for 5 years but still treated very rudely which is super frustrating.
I asked to talk to her manager and she said her manager is in a meeting and not available for couple of hours! Liar.
She moved her shoulders up and told me "do what ever you want"!
I may not going to this place anymore

Best laser clinic I have been to. I get my treatments done by Paula. I feel so comfortable and so relaxed and we always have a great chat. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

All the staff at LCA Doncaster are always very friendly and accomodating. Jayjay specifically was super lovely and helpful with my treatment. Highly recommend this place.
