Went in to get dinner Saturday night the burgers were terrible. The burger buns were flat they weren't fresh at all. The chips we ordered were good but very disappointed with the burgers will not be going there any time soon.

Went next door for Warrnambool schoolies walked out within 3 minutes Discusting adult party owner is atrocious has palestine parties other nasty parties aswell im a jewish girl age 18 im a schoolie who goes to a Jewish church in perth im Jewish Israel I ended up going to a lovely place called logans restaurant all staff very friendly and welcoming to Jewish Israel people don't ever go to hoozy boozy young ones or older ones sickening hoozy boozy owner is evil.also and good place is raffertys the staff there are welcoming people to us Jewish Israel people I love both logans and raffertys will definitely be going back to both hoozy boozy is evil and likes the wrong country.

Next door at hoozy boozy are having a Palestine party and are gonna be showing that discusting beheading video tonight and maybe tomorrow night hoozy boozy are weird the owner is evil nasty and atrocious hoozy boozy needs to be closed down the owner is a wicked one.

The place had a funkie smell, unfortunately no staff were available and only one that was didnt know how to make the milkshake. Unfortunately my son was very disappointed. Burnt dry donuts to. Very disappointed: (

Had some pretty nasty event on Thursday the 24th of august next door at hoozy boozy japanese themed party Japanese themed cocktails shots and food nasty name called who cares about aboriginals darwin also some songs with the word bomb bombed or bombing some dj dressed up as a Japanese soldier had some Japanese ww2 sword hanging on the wall this place is pure evil and so is the owner

Got called a nasty name racist one because I'm Japanese racist drinks racist owner next door have weird events in hoozy boozy such as mao zedong parties rude parties and other weird parties that should be banned

Rude and we could see Manager didn’t want us there. No customer service at all. Very rude. So disappointing

Very disappointing.
Very rude customer service. My friend ordered a philly cheese steak and she paid for extra steak. Upon receiving food there was no extra steak. When politely asking if this was the extra, the waitress replied Rudely with " I don't know, I didn't cook the food". We left before finishing our food as we felt uncomfortable.
There was also an older couple seated next to us who did not own a phone. They had to order manually and not via the phone system. The waitress then told them rudely " it is 2022 get a phone"

Avarage food and drinks loud rude owner/management feels very out of place for a place like warrnambool trying to be something it's not

Order a meal and waited for a long time, turns out it was sitting behind the counter for 10mins.

$4.50 for a side of onion rings that contained 4, were burnt and over and under cooked. The burger had good flavour but the meat patties had no flavour and dry and over cooked. First visit will be my last unfortunately.

Arrived with a booking. So I thought. Apparently bookings aren't taken over the phone. Must be online. Arrived with an 18th birthday cake. Was told birthday cakes aren't allowed as they sell desert. Wasn't offered a place in the fridge to keep it till we left. Stored it in the car. Thought we'd order drinks whilst we viewed the menu. Nope. Must order drinks online and pay with a credit card, which came with a surcharge. The cocktail I wanted didn't come with a description online. Asked staff, they never knew. Decided to order our meal at the same time, so we didn't pay the credit surcharge more than once. Once again, we weren't sure what ingredients were in the bugers, we just ordered anyway. Would've had more drinks as my son turned 18. The meals and drinks were delicious and reasonable value for money. Waitresses appeared to be embarrassed with the system. Whilst I believe times are changing. And staff are hard to come by. I'm in my 40's and Apparently old fashioned. As I like customer service and a friendly smiley welcoming face when I'm in a restaurant. All the best Vanderburgs. You've lost my vote and no doubt many others from a country town.

TERRIBLE. The only thing worse than the food was the service. Came to Warrnambool for a holiday and my daughter’s birthday, went for dinner at Lady Vandeburg which was the worst decision I have ever made. After spend hundreds of dollars on food and drinks, I asked for some sauce which took them 30 minutes to get and as I was leaving they ask how I would like to pay for the sauce.

I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything, worst service we had ever received, spoke to so called owner whose behaviour matched that of a small child, and tried to shift them blame to someone else, horrible food, horrible drinks, horrible people. Just YUK so people do yourself a favour and just keep moving on. So not worth it.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS JOINT ZERO STARS I WOULD! Me and my ex-husband have given this place two chances and now it’s time to share my story. Where do I even begin, first time I visited our table was asked to leave to make room for the next booking even though I was still eating my meal that I received ten minutes earlier! They were unapologetic and harsh about it!

Regrettably WE RETURNED! For takeaway donut fries a couple months later. We were told we would be waiting 25mins. After waiting over 40mins for these fries you would think they would be excellent however not the case. COLD, OILY, OVERPRICED AND SOGGY! I will not be making the same mistake again that’s FOR SURE!
