Lady Vandeburg

Enjoyed having our family dinner at Lady Vandeburg during the Christmas break. It is possibly one of the best family friendly restaurants in Warrnambool. Their burgers and sides were simply delicious. Enjoyed the ambiance, their efficient service and the beautiful decor (the use/combination of black and golden colours is refreshingly unique).

Disliked the online menu ordering. Felt very impersonal with very little contact from front of house staff. Whilst ordering online, changing burger sauce was convoluted, asked for assistance from staff, change noted during online ordering process, order still arrived wrong. Food overpriced for what you get. Bring back good old fashioned front of house service.

Absolutely fantastic! Food is incredible, drinks are fun and taste amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! We had an incredible time, would definitely recommend!

I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything, worst service we had ever received, spoke to so called owner whose behaviour matched that of a small child, and tried to shift them blame to someone else, horrible food, horrible drinks, horrible people. Just YUK so people do yourself a favour and just keep moving on. So not worth it.

Came one night for food and just had to come back the next night for dessert and cocktails! Food caters to vegetarians and meat lovers with gluten free options. Most creative cocktail list I have come across, highly recommend to anyone visiting Warrnambool.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS JOINT ZERO STARS I WOULD! Me and my ex-husband have given this place two chances and now it’s time to share my story. Where do I even begin, first time I visited our table was asked to leave to make room for the next booking even though I was still eating my meal that I received ten minutes earlier! They were unapologetic and harsh about it!

Regrettably WE RETURNED! For takeaway donut fries a couple months later. We were told we would be waiting 25mins. After waiting over 40mins for these fries you would think they would be excellent however not the case. COLD, OILY, OVERPRICED AND SOGGY! I will not be making the same mistake again that’s FOR SURE!

My first visit and probably my last. Stunned that they asked for a $200 deposit for a group booking. We were jammed in the back corner while the long table in the front of the restaurant was empty. The table service was good at the start and after main course was appalling. We had to ask for cutlery and serviettes. It took several requests to get someone to take our dessert order. My daughters drink came after she had gone home. For all the up market advertising it does not hit the mark.

Great menu. Great service and the best cocktails ever made by 1 cool and calm mixologist for the whole evening! Great team work but a special shout out to hostess Donna

Food was good but was quite concerned when the waitress wiped her fingers all around the rim of my drink

Ordered take away for Home Delivery, hotdog, chips and corn, was around $37 and took around 50 minutes
I don’t mind paying or waiting for good food, however the food arrived cold. I did send them an email before writing a review but no response.
Wouldn’t order again.

2nd time around and very dissapointed under cooked burger and very oily bun. After discussing with the manager about the burger all she keep telling us was how good her $40000 grill was obviously not. Then still managed to charge us for a burger that could not be eaten after being returned twice to the kitchen. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommendvery dissapointed.

After ride 340km from Melbourne, the perfect hamburgers made the difference

The garbage fries are so good. Everything on them is to die for. The frickles and onion rings are perfect. The sweetness of onion rings and frickles balanced the saltiness of the bacon and the cheese. The burgers are also amazing. Ml

Food and drink was delicious. Good value for money too. The only thing I would say is, we sat at the back of the restaurant and it had a weird odour that made you want to cough! Maybe it was because it was an older building?

Excellent place. This is the third time we go to this place for hamburgers. The meet is delicious and the fries regular no very grassy. In general the price os very reasonable and affordable however I don't lime to pay $1 for a small amount of tomato sauce or mustard. The vanilla milkshake very yummy as well

Shared ‘That Girl’ and ‘Gypsy’ with my mum. Pretty average in the way of veggie burgers. The patty on ‘That Girl’ was like mashed sweet potato with a few chickpeas mixed through. Would not recommend either of these options. My dad had a ‘Vandeburger’ and said the meat was really grizzly.

Had an excellent experience at Lady Vandeburg. My girlfriend and I arrived earlier than our booking time but they were kind enough to seat us at the table by the stairs. Loved sitting at that table as we were beside the kitchen there was no issue getting the attention of the wait staff.
I'm a lifelong lover of chicken wings and I must say that the wings here are the best I've ever eaten!
A great variety of sauces and somehow the wings maintained crispiness even after cooling and reheating.
We'll definitely be dining here again during our future Warnambool trips.

The drinks here were so fun, the variety they had was great. This place is definitely perfect for a fun night out with friends. The dessert donut chips were so delicious.
