Absolutely wonder filled staff. Best burgers crisp chips all good cept couldn't eat all the strawberry n chocolate berserk.blooming marvellous Lady.

Definitely one of my favourites in Warrnambool! Delicious food, AWESOME cocktails and service is always friendly and helpful.

Positives
- chips were REALLY nice. Seriously id go back again just for the chips they were very tasty
- the staff were all very nice and friendly and very helpful
- very quick time to pick up after i ordered the meal

negatives
- unfortunately the burger I ordered was a tad bland and overcooked to my taste

I will definitely be back, but maybe I will order a different burger that is more suited to my tastes

Best burgers ever! We got delivery and it arrived promptly. Everything was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. I'll come back to Warrnambool just for the burgers!

Was keen to make a booking after seeing good reviews. Couldn’t make a booking online because of limited availability (that’s fair), I was directed to call and I got the voicemail so I left a message. No one got back to me. We ended up visiting in person to be told they were booked out. Honestly it’s great to see Warrnambool bustling and I’m sure it’s a great place to eat, but I am disappointed by this part of the service.

Ordered takeout, had to wait for 40 minutes after already arriving 25 mins after ordering as was texted by staff. I live 5 mins away from the store and unpacked my food as soon as I arrived to find not a single part of the 3 seperate items i ordered even remotely warm. Ordered a combo burger meal for an additional $4 only to have around 11 chips with my meal. A waste of nearly $60, will be telling people to not go there after this.

I can honestly say that was the best burger i’ve had in a very long time. Can highly recommend the Chicky Babe the bun was fresh, and the sauce tasty. Crunchy fries to mop up the yummy juicy cheesyness

Love this place! Staff are friendly and incredibly understanding of food allergies. Most if not all of the menu is coeliac (gluten free) friendly ️

My burger was smaller than the bun. Don't get me wrong the burger was delicious but pls make sure every burger is at least as big as the bun.

Got food poisoning after eating the garbage fries! When I called to let them know the guy on the phone just said ‘ok’ and hung up on me. Very disappointed, my friends burger was soggy and bland, very pricey for such a poor experience

Awful customer service manager was extremely rude, food was not 40 minute would of been better off going to maccas, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
