71The service is good but the food is hit and miss. My friend had steak còoked perfectly I had calamari it was like chewing leather all meals had barely cooked vegetables which were hard to chew.
Absolutely terrible. Food was not cooked and caused food poisoning. Contacted head office and they did absolutely nothing. Not good enough
Good menu, kids meals available. Full bar available. Plenty of parking, Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Really enjoyed a yummy lunch today (25/11/18) with family! Great food and fantastic service from the staff working-even came out to tell me that they had accidentally burnt my meal so were preparing another one Great job guys.
Was a bit skeptical at first going there as I have never had a good experience at any La Porchetta’s (ESPECIALLY Cranbourne) but glad I gave them another chance.
Ordered many times things wrong and missing items. Tonight ordered 4 dishes and all 4 were WRONG. When someone specifically requests no garlic it means no garlic. Wrong pizza and cold. Ordered garlic prawns and got chilli prawns, pasta dish was wrong and salad was supposed to include anchovies. Anyway expensive take away and last time customers.
Basically there were 3 waiters who took our order and they messed up all our instructions. No mushrooms were interpreted as more mushrooms. Warm water was interpreted as Ice water. Not visiting this again anymore. And yes one important thing. Please do not make fun of other customers next to some other table. Because I heard you guys making fun of a old couple and judging their order where I was seated. Not acceptable.
Customer service wasn’t too bad, food was poor for all 4 of us. Too much lemon dressing to the point where it was flicked into my eyes on multiple occasions. Chicken was dry and avocado was off.
Ordered off Ubereats, they delivered the wrong Pasta. Shit happens, called them up, they were awesome about it and had the right one delivered shortly after
Loved it, it was busy but service was good, didnt wait to long for our food and the food was good. Nice for a simple dinner out
The garlic prawns my wife ordered were very watery and weren’t cleaned properly. Service was great though.
