La Porchetta Berwick

I would like to thank the staff form Berwick La Porchetta for making it hard to get delivery last night 19/02/21 now we have found the best Italian food located in Narre Warren South. (Gios pizza and pasta)

Best experience tonight! Meal was cooked beautifully, service was great. All round good experience, will be coming back, thank you La Porchetta.

Came in with friends and family. The food came out very quickly which tased amazing and was huge portion sizes. The staff were very friendly. Restaurant had a great atmosphere!

The WORST experience ever. We are regular customers of La Porchetta Berwick, with orders over 100 dollars every time. Sometimes we go in person but usually through Menulog. On this occassion, the food was cold and delivery was 1 hr late. The deal says 2x medium pizzas and they sent 1x small and 1x Medium (both cold). They even forgot to deliver our drink. Chips are not nice to eat cold as part of our meals, so I called the restaurant directly for a solution. The Manager Stacey said it was Menulogs fault because they sometimes pick up the wrong order so they won't refund or redeliver. Only to find out by Menulog that the restaurant has their own drivers so thr Manager lied. I am shocked by the lack of customer service by La Porchetta. Totally unreasonable with no solution for their stuff up

Wow, (I'm not a negative person or think I know more than the average punter.but the food is so so bland) it's extremely average.

How can you have so many ingredients on a pizza and have it turn out so tasteless. (super special)

The cabonara was similarly.flabby and lifeless
Needless to say I'm not rushing back.

I thought i would try a burger.it w a s bad.will stick to pasta from here on.food quality has gone down in the last 5 years and the servings smaller too

Not an authentic Italian place neither are Italians which I was not surprised. If you can't make Italian food then don't bother making Italian cuisine. The staff should learn about hygiene before taking orders from a customer while walking around coughing all over the place.

What happened to u guys? 5 years ago u were the best pizza in the area.came back last week and u make domino's look good. Pizza like cardboard, tasteless and very little topping. What happened? I am not leaving this comment/review to be malicious, but an opportunity for you to hear from your customers and please bring back the old la porchetta. I highly suggest u do an "undercover boss" investigation

Tried this place couple of years ago it was a disappointment, we thought we'll give it another go and disappointed again. Steak was ordinary was more of a welldone when we asked for medium rare and to top it off half way through the meal my son found hair in his meal. The young chap taking orders was coughing all the time. Stay home if you are sick. Never again.

Food and service was fantastic! We ordered pizzas, pastas, and ribeye steak. Everything was fresh and delicious and good quality. Finished off with a very generous scoop of gelato each.blood orange and strawberry were delicious. Will definitely be returning regularly.

Staff were friendly enough and food was good once it finally arrived. Drinks took forever too. Over priced for what we got. Probably won't return.

Great place for a birthday party with a large group, staff were run off there feet but the service was outstanding. Food was really tasty and fresh, great job done by all staff. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks

Pizza and pasta was very nice but service was too slow. Ordered online and told it would be ready in 1/2 hour ended up waiting and extra 20min on pick up.

Really surprised by this place last night. Very busy but still prompt with service and food. Couple of errors in the meal that were fixed faster than you'd expect. Food was great, flavourful, fresh and good portion size. Wide ranging menu going a little beyond the normal Italian fare with a full page of dessert choices. Very fair price for the experience. Highly recommended. Will absolutely go again.

To be blunt, I like sauce on my meal but when the "Professional chefs and caterers" take the absolute piss and have my pizza drowning in sauce to the point the dough was soggy.

I'd actually rare a dominos pizza higher than any sort of pizza from here. At least they're consistent and cheap.

Please keep the Brulee alone. It's a classic dish. No need for cream and lady finger biscuits cut in half stuffed on top. Suggestion please double check what's Gluten Free or not and be certain. Lady fingers are NOT gluten free I could have been very ill if I had ordered the Tiramisu after being told it was Gluten free.
Otherwise a lovely evening had. Staff were friendly and Mains were delicious.

Ordered a pizza, it came looking like slop and sauce dripping off the pizza into a pool in the side of the box.

Called the manager and was just told to take it up with Uber Eats. So no replacement offered, so I gave the pizza to my dog who is a Labrador, thus would eat other dogs feaces.

Also ordered a Coke Zero because this was my cheat meat, in comes a regular coke. Pretty straight forward task to read an order document and get it right, No?

Ended up getting a refund through Uber Eats with pictures attached.

Mixed plater was low grade tough meat. Ate maybe 2% of the meat. Horrible meals for my friends as well. Not the same place I came to years ago. Service was ok at the beginning but honestly if you are after a meal I would avoid.

Ordered a small American pizza with anchovies today. Must be a shortage of sslami. 4 pieces in total on the whole pizza! Thank god for the anchovies.pizza was still nice.
Also only one girl working the lunch shift? There were only a couple of groups of people eating in.but our dirty plates sat on the table for almost an hour.
Not a good look.when she's sitting having a feed on another table playing on her mobile phone. (of course she has to eat and I don't blame her).

Tonight was a very nice experience both my partner and I had a risotto Pollo fungie and spaghetti Pollo fungie very tastier and we had two moktails which were very nice. We also served by Tayla a waitress there she was brilliant. I well recommend this place that why I giving it 5 stars
