Went out for dinner for mother’s day! Was super lovely meal had fired calamari which was super delicious and you get amount of food for a main meal! Such lovely people there super kind and just lovely place to go have a meal there for dinner definitely recommend and the pizza was amazing! Thank you for the lovely customer service and the yummy food from the chefs!

My local Pakenham branch is closed. The parmas are better here at Berwick and so was the pizza.

We like La Porchetta in general. Tonight, we had Spaghetti bolognaise and a milkshake each. The sauce was a little bitter for our taste but not bad. There was a good balance of meat. My wife asked for an egg and they missed this special request. One shake was only 3/4 full. Overall, it was pretty good but could do a little better next time.

Wait staff were fantastic even though they were so busy attending to diners as well as a private event.

I think it's one of the better La Porchetta. The food is much better than at the Cranbourne one. Staff customer service let's it down a bit, they just need a tad more training in that department. I do like the feel of the restaurant, could do with some renovations though. Though the quality of food I've received outshines the bad and I will continue to go there.

Just waited 20mins for our 4 soft drinks & 40mins until we got our garlic bread, & we were the only customers in the restaurant. Got our 4 pizzas 5mins later, & were very ordinary. Base & crusts were very dry & tasted like cardboard. Been about 5yrs since we've eaten here, & we won't be back

Loved the porterhouse with chips and mushroom sauce. So delicious and the steak was cooked just as I wanted. Will be coming back! P. S the waitresses are VERY lovely ;)

Place has gone downhill. Disgusting food and service. Napoletana sauce tasted like it came from a tin, and the smell was horrible. Ordered 2 scallopinis and the meat wasn’t even cooked in the vino bianco sauce, came out dry and the vino bianco sauce tasted like watered down cream. Couldn’t eat the food. When we called the waitress about the orders, she was very rude and insisted it was like that on the menu. Second waitress was nice, but never came back to take our order? Absolutely will never be coming back, since the owners changed, horrible service and food.

Vanessa served me the other day and she was the most best waitress ever, i loved the spaghetti and chips i would definitely come back again. Whoever hired her should give her a raise

DISGUSTING FOOD I went for dinner today. I ordered pasta dish and there was a off smell coming from it. 5 people at my table could also smell the off odour. It was like some cream, ingredient or the pasta itself was off. The waitress took the dish inside and than the Indian Bald headed chef came out to argue that it was all fresh and all good.

I asked him to eat it himself if he thinks it all good but he refused. They spoiled my dinner. Very bad restaurant. Its the Indian chefs who seem to have dropped the standards.

Used to enjoy La Porchetta pizza's but now they are bland and lacking taste, particularly the ham.

Poor management and customer service.
I then tried to leave feedback with the team after an awful experience and losing $200 with an online order that they stuffed up. But management just said they were too busy to help and that it's not their fault because it was the online system that stuffed up.

All I wanted was an apology.

My glass of bubbles came flat and the icecream dessert I ordered wasn't presented as the menu said.
Gave four stars for the service alone.

Food was ok, staff were friendly and prompt. Great place to eat for family occasions etc. Very big menu.

Always come on holiday break with a few family members. The pizza is amazing and staff are always friendly and inviting!
Highly recommended if you want a cheap and tasty bite.

I and my daughter went to have lunch last Friday. We had chicken parma with salad. They served the salad with rotten tomatoes and rotten cucumbers. I called the waitress and showed her. She just said sorry and asked me "other than the salad how was the food? "

Terrible food, yuck, fish was raw and still frozen, garlic bread decent, and the pizza bread itself was rock hard
