I had other bridal boutiques booked in but One Day Bridal was my first and I was so pleased with them I cancelled the rest. I was so anxious about finding a wedding dress that suited my shape and was within my budget.

Obviously One Day Bridals dresses are beautiful but what got me was how professional, welcoming and happy all the women in the company are. All of my fittings from the first to the last had the same amount of attention, professionalism & respect.

My dress itself was absolutely stunning. It fit me perfectly which with the style I chose is difficult to achieve and the fabric was beautiful and of the highest quality. Do yourself a favour and go to One Day Bridal. Thank you Kyha and the staff at One Day Bridal for helping me find my dream dress and taking all the stress out of it for me!

I can't rate my experience at One Day Bridal highly enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. From my first consultation all the way through to picking up my gowns, my experience with the One Day team was seamless. Not only did they create the wedding dress and party dress of my dreams, the entire team were a delight to deal with and the range of gowns was incredible.

I've spent many hours trawling bridal boutiques with friends for their weddings over the years and have found the service, the passion and knowledge that the One Day Bridal team offer and possess unlike anywhere else. Since my wedding, I have gone back and purchased various other items from them and have always found the experience the same time and time again.

Terrible experience. Brides beware - Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

I ended up having such an awful experience that I cancelled my gown and lost my deposit because I really didn’t want to be a One day Bride.

They had a flash sale on their site, and discounted the dress I hadn’t even picked up by more than $1,000 when I emailed them asking if they could match the price they made up some rubbish story about the dresses on sale had QC faults, however this information was not listed on their website. I work for one of the biggest online retailers in Australia and under ACCC laws this is absolutely misleading to me & customers that would have bought the dress on sale as there was no information on the advertisement about these quality issues.
When I mentioned this they backtracked and blatantly lied. I have it all in email.

I then requested if I could go in for a 10 minute appointment to try the dress on with my shoes (I only had a limited amount of time to Return the shoes so I wanted to make sure they would suit the dress) they refused my request as they “don’t make appointments to try on shoes with your dress”. So what.you take my money & you don’t even let me try on a dress which I purchased?

After this nightmare, of course they wouldn’t refund my deposit. But I didn’t really expect anything less.

The customer service is appalling, they shove you in and out of dresses & trick you into signing the contract.

Purchasing a wedding dress is meant to be one of the most exciting experiences of becoming bride - Don’t let them taint this experience for you too.

The customer service and staff at One Day Bridal are magical. They made my entire experience so wonderful.

I was lucky enough to be asked to be part of the OneDay focus group for their curve range. The team blew me away by their passion for designing for all figures and really working to find out what makes each of us feel beautiful. It made for the most special, supportive and fun evening.
Kyha and her teams commitment to making women feel beautiful on their special day was so evident and having watched friends and family walk down the aisle in OneDay creations, and hearing the stories of their experiences, all of which are overwhelmingly wonderful, I cannot wait to start my journey with the team!

My One Day Bridal experience was perfect from the start. Shopping for dresses in their beautiful Melbourne store and trying them on in the most stunning private rooms upstairs was amazing! The staff here are so knowledgeable and try to find you the perfect gown for the big day.
I wore the Chosen Lennox gown as my reception wedding dress and I got so many compliments!
The girls at One Day also helped me with my veil when I was a little (a lot) stressed, just weeks before my wedding, when I was let down by another bridal brand. They calmed me down straight away and handed me a champagne! Within half an hour, I had my perfect veil steamed and ready to wear.
I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to Kyha and the team for making sure I felt amazing on my wedding day! If I could do it all over again, I know where I would go (for both dresses this time) ️

I could not more highly recommend One Day Bridal if you are looking for your dream bridal dress. From my first consultation I knew I had made the right decision. Every person I encountered within the One Day team was lovely, I cannot thank you enough for you input and guidance on helping me create my dream dress xx

ODB measured me far too big and then told me alterations would be $1000 when I was originally quoted $120 per hour and then tried to tell me I had lost weight and didn’t even explain how they came up with $1000.
Had emails back and forth disputing the alterations and then had a patronising phone call ‘lovely we’re sorry you feel this way why do you feel this way lovely’ to finally get them to admit initial measurements were off and reduce costs of alterations.

Overall experience was unprofessional and upsetting. I wasn’t treated appropriately and made to feel like I had been ripped off and bullied. It’s a shame because the dresses are lovely and it did end up being my dream dress.

I could go into more detail but I think I have said enough.

If you have appointments planned or are thinking of going make sure you take someone with you every time (ideally someone who knows about dresses and measurements as well) ask for the initial measurements and if you don’t feel comfortable with your experience make sure you speak up.

AMAZING! From my first consultation at One Day Bridal to picking up my wedding gown, the whole experience was amazing. The team were so welcoming and professional, and their gowns are stunning. They were so helpful in finding the right style for me and my shape. The fittings process was really smooth and it was fun seeing it come together. My wedding gown was perfect, it fitted so well, and I loved it. I really felt like the best version of me on my wedding day. Thank-you!

I was eager to go to this bridal store after seeing lovely pictures on their Instagram, even though I felt like it’s an absolute rip off to have to pay $50 for an appointment.
Where do I begin.the dresses were FILTHY. Brown stains in the armpit sections, black marks all over them! If they say they clean them.it’s a lie! I was shoved in and out of dresses, the sales assistant was whipping the curtain open in the fitting room before I had the chance to even lift the dress up! The dresses were very poorly made, the assistant couldn’t even do the dress up as the zipper was missing.broken and missing beads.still have the audacity to have a 7k price tag.
I maintained my composure and was polite throughout.even when the assistant insulted my mum and guests.
Terrible experience. They don’t care, and it shows.

I can not recommend One Day Bridal highly enough! I got my wedding gown there over 5 years ago whilst they were still a small, growing business. I had a wonderful experience with Kyha and her team, it can be a nerve racking process for any bride, yet all my fittings were special and intimate making it such an enjoyable experience. I live interstate and they were incredibly helpful in booking fittings around my trips to Melbourne.

My gown itself was and still is beautiful and I love it as much now as I did on my wedding day! I couldn’t have felt more amazing! After visiting some other boutiques it was the perfect gown for me. I always recommend One Day Bridal to brides to be, they offer such a beautiful array of modern, yet timeless gowns for every woman and make the process so special. If I were to do it all again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my gown. I have had many friends and family choose One Day Bridal gowns since I chose mine and they have all been stunning, yet unique and perfect for each individual.

It has been wonderful to see the One Day Bridal business and team grow and evolve from my experience to where it is today and I always look forward to seeing their new creations!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a custom denim jacket from One Day Bridal. Steph and all the staff at One Day were so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure my jacket arrived in time for my special day. I received so many compliments about my jacket and I'm madly in love with it.

This was by far the best experience in buying a dress. I went to One Day first as they are open about pricing and gowns are amazing. They were respectful of my budget and helped me find my perfect dress. A glass of bubbles every visit helped take the edge off. I love that their dresses are for real women. I highly recommend these dresses. Mine was the Beckett gown. I was so comfortable and everyone said I looked stunning (most importantly my husband love it). My whole experience at One Day Bridal from start to finish was beyond amazing, compared to a few other high end bridal boutiques I went to before I stepped foot in One Day as soon as you walk in they make you feel so welcomed and are extremely accommodating even when I brought my 5 bridesmaids and mother in law to my first appointment we all were so overwhelmed with the amazing service and champagne on arrival!

Every staff member we dealt with was professional and courteous, every dress in the boutique is modern & timeless the dress I chose was actually not what I had in mind but was perfect and romantic it is so beautiful I was lucky enough to be the first bride to wear the nova gown every detail was stunning I had so many compliments, the staff went above and beyond to ensure it fitted me perfectly and I was comfortable.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at One Day Bridal and especially Sheeva who helped me pick the dress & Adriana who helped every step through the fitting process you were both so beautiful to work with and made me feel like a princess.

I have recently got married and was so lucky to have got my dress from the One Day Bridal team. After visiting a number of bridal boutiques before One Day Bridal there was something different when I started my initial consultation at One Day Bridal. They were professional and so helpful especially considering I had no idea what I envisaged for my perfect dress and had been bamboozled at the other boutiques.

After deciding on a One Day Gown following my initial consultation the team discussed with me the process that would follow, a deposit was paid and contract (clearly outlining the terms and conditions) signed. The process that followed throughout the whole design and making process and the team made it a dream to work with them.

For each fitting I was provided with various days and times to suit my working schedule and at each fitting I was made to feel welcome and special not only the initial visit to get my business.

I had no idea about accessorising my dress and was shown so many options and given honest feedback what would work with my dress and veil and what would be too much.

Both my sisters have got there dresses from One Day Bridal over the last 1-5 years and we all have had the most amazing experience albeit we have had completely different weddings and dresses.

For any girl whether you know exactly what you are looking for, or have no idea, the team are welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful with everything.

The bride and all our bridesmaids flew to Melbourne from sydney (very excitedly) and we visited the South Melbourne boutique a few weeks ago for our bride to try on some wedding dresses. Unfortunately our experience was not a good one, however the dresses were simply stunning. We were treated very poorly, the stylist that was assisting us was very pushy and was quite stand offish, she would not allow any of us to choose 1 dress for the bride. She was in a hurry to get us over and done with - whilst she was assisting us, she also was talking to one of the other employees rather disgustingly. Condescending and rude. Due to the terrible customer service we received, we will not be coming back or purhcasing the dress that we fell in love with. Such a disappointment as we were really looking forward to coming down to Melbourne.

I had the most wonderful experience at One Day Bridal, from the very first meeting trying on multiple gowns then finding the ‘one’, then to all of my fittings and finally picking it up just before my wedding day. I had been to a few other bridal boutiques before One Day Bridal and you can instantly feel the difference in the luxury, warmth and support One Day offers.
Planning a wedding can be stressful, but my wedding dress was easily the best and most enjoyable process (both for me and my mum). One Day we’re so accomodating to my requests and even cut a piece of my mums wedding dress and sewed it into my dress. My dress is a work of art which I’ll treasure forever. I couldn’t have been happier!

It was the first bridal shop I went to and I was very apprehensive of not knowing what to expect.
However as soon as we walked in and were greeted by the genuinely friendly and down to earth staff it instantly made the whole experience fun, relaxed and the most enjoyable.
