I had the most incredible experience with the team at KYHA! After deciding 10 days out from my wedding that I didn't like the dress I had previously purchased, Olivia my consultant went above and beyond to secure a new dress for me. I found the dress of my dreams and everything was seamless!

I absolutely loved my experience with Kyha Studios.

I found the Chapel Street Store whilst frantically looking for a dress post-lockdown in Melbourne. I rushed in feeling overwhelemed and I also didn't bring anyone with me so I was riding solo.

The girls made me feel SO at home and hooked me up with a champagne. It felt as though they genuinely cared so much about me and my wedding. They facetimed my mum for me and even she kept saying how gorgeous they were. It was truly a ball.

I just collected my gown today and it is stunnnnningggggg. I cannot wait to wear it in April.

Shout out to Nina and Olivia who were absolute angels.

After going to 7 different bridal stores, I FINALLY found my wedding dress (I'm a bigger size so it was hard work!). Nina was an absolute dream. She listened to me intently and also advised alterations she recommended-without being pushy.
Today I had Olivia who was equally as fantastic as Nina. I picked up my wedding dress. Got to try it on, she steamed it for me. And also really reassured me when I got nervous and was asking a heap of questions.

I just wanted to send through a huge thank you for all your help finding my dream dress. Honestly when I came into the studio I had the best experience when trying on dresses. Erica and the team were absolutely wonderful and so lovely. I was by myself as all my bridesmaids and family were interstate during pre Sydney lockdown (May 2021) but the girls made it seem like they were fully on the journey with me. Erica said as soon as she saw me the hazel would be perfect and boy were your right! I never felt pressured by the girls that I had to purchase the dress there and then from your team at all. And especially after some HORRIBLE experiences at other boutiques in Sydney, I never felt more comfortable being a curvy confident woman in the Kyha show room. Your team is honestly a stand out.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and to feel more beautiful on my wedding day in such a stunning dress. Thank you so much xx

I had the most amazing experience with the KHYA team in customising the Palomer gown for my engagement party. The process from start to finish was so much fun, and the staff were so accommodating every step of the way. I highly recommend working with them for your special occasion; they were fabulous.

I can’t rave enough about how incredible my experience was at KYHA. Alex was amazing at ensuring myself and my family/friend who was with me, felt so comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was so much fun and inclusive. Every staff member we met, or even walked past was welcoming and friendly. Kyha really has created a beautiful space for every bride to feel her best. They all made you feel special which made the occasion so memorable. I’m counting down the minutes until I can pick my dress up in November!

The most divine experience at KYHA, the dress was beautiful and the staff were so lovely and excellent navigating all of the lockdowns but making sure i got my dress in time. Such a stunning new showroom too!

PS. The Denim Jacket was an absolute hit on my hens and the wedding day and made for such a unique personalised touch and photo opportunity. I never want to take it off!

I purchased my dress (The Queen) over the phone without even trying the dress on, and it was PERFECT & beautiful! Brittney helped me find the correct size, and assured me everything would be fine since I was having the dress shipped to the USA. The quality of the dress was amazing and I got so many compliments.

I found my dream wedding dress at Kyha Studios after trying on many other dresses previously.

From the beginning, my experience with Jess was amazing, this was the only boutique we had been to (my Mother and I) where we were made to feel extra special, all of our other experiences were pretty underwhelming unfortunately. Picked up my dress yesterday and couldn’t be happier with my whole KYHA experience. Every assistant has been incredibly helpful, generous with their time and supportive. They genuinely want to help you and are not just “sales people”. Absolutely raving about the whole experience to anyone that will listen!

Everytime I went, me and my guests were offered champagne and it felt like such a relaxing, special experience. The studio is beautiful and spacious so it feels like you are the only bride in the store at any one time.

On top of that, KYHA’s transparent pricing (shown on their website), inclusive sizing and diverse models (body type, ethnicity, skin colour etc) is amazing and is setting the standard for other wedding brands to aspire to. Thanks again!

As terrifying as it could be to buy a dress for such a special occasion online, Brittany and the team at KYHA Studios made the process of buying my wedding dress online extremely easy, and reassured me every step along the way. This bridal store is like no other! I bought my dream dress online. The customer service is incredible even during NSW and VIC harsh lockdown. Brittany was very prompt with emails and helpful in answering all the questions I had. She had a solution for all my issues. Brittany was also very accommodating and extremely professional during the entire experience.

The dresses are modern, beautiful and top quality. I would get married in a Kyha dress again and again if I had the chance! I've never experienced such incredible customer service. Thank you again, Brittany!

The girls are KYHA were so incredibly helpful and friendly when trying on dresses, they made me feel so comfortable and were very professional. The Chapel St studio is absolutely stunning and the dresses at KYHA are all so beautiful. It's the one and only place you need to visit if you are getting married. My experience of dress shopping was made so special by the girls at KYHA and we found my dream dress so I can't thank them enough for that!

I had the best experience at KYHA Studios in Melbourne last Friday. Erica was so caring, helpful and honest! After spending the weekend at all different bridal shops with all different shop assistants I could not recommend Erica and KYHA Studios enough. Got my wedding dress from Kyha Studios - Bianca dress. It was absolutely beautiful. The material and the structure was so beautiful and great for a whole day event - even for a very rainy day. I had to have my dress sooner than expected and Kyha was very accommodating with making the dress so quickly given the times (covid).

Kyha studios provided an amazing experience after many disappointments with other bridal studios. The $50 you pay guarantees you multiple glasses of bubbles, a warm and inviting environment to try on gowns, and as many photos / vids as you would like! I loved the space, and the attentiveness was 10/10! Liv made me feel so comfortable and excited - like every bride should when looking for their wedding gown. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience! They did not pressure you to purchase more expensive gowns and they were totally honest throughout the appointment about extras such as alterations etc. They were kind, enthusiastic, and the best woo girls (I meant that in the BEST way) I could have asked for! Thank you Kyha Studios - even though I found my dream dress elsewhere purely based on falling in love with another gown, I wholeheartedly recommend Kyha studios to other brides looking for a 5 star experience!
