Such an amazing experience at Kyha in South Yarra today. The staff were very professional & were able to personalise my experience. The studio is so beautiful & clean. Also the dresses were all very crisp & well looked after!

I had a beautiful experience picking out my dress! Jess was amazing and super helpful and caring. I had a short appointment booking but not once did I feel rushed and I got my dress!

I had the most incredible experience finding my dream dress at KYHA. Before I began the process of trying on dresses they were my front runner and I am so thrilled that the gowns, experience and service lived up to what I imagined. I had an incredible experience at Khya, the bridal store. The team there was truly amazing to work with. As a size 16 bride, I was initially worried about finding the perfect dress, but Khya was incredibly accommodating and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I also went through some health issues during my wedding planning, which led to a change in my dress size. The staff at Khya went above and beyond to help me source a new dress in my new size. Their support and understanding during this challenging time were exceptional. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. Khya made my bridal journey a beautiful and stress-free experience, and I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be.

The experience at Kyha was exceptional! From the moment I entered the beautiful store I felt so special! I was expecting to feel overwhelmed but with Erica and Adrianna I felt so comfortable. I loved all of the dresses that I tried, but it came down to two dresses. They were both so flattering in their fit. All correspondence has been so easy and when I’ve emailed the team they have replied promptly, even outside of business hours.
My overall experience has been a 10/10! I would strongly recommend the girls at kyha!

Erica, Nina, Olivia and the whole team where exceptional with their attention to detail, helpful suggestions and the most welcoming bridal store I've been to in Melbourne! None of this you only get champagne when you buy a dress nonsense, they where fun and genuinely caring, I didn't feel rushed once and they offering amazing styling advice! I recently had the most wonderful experience at Kyha in Prahran while trying on wedding gowns. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly with a glass of bubbles and made to feel special by the attentive staff.

Jess, in particular, provided exceptional service throughout my appointment. Her knowledge of the gowns and her understanding of my preferences were truly impressive. She took the time to listen to my vision and then expertly guided me through their stunning collection. Jess's expertise and keen eye for detail ensured that I found the perfect gown that reflected my style and personality.

The selection of wedding gowns at Kyha Studios was breathtaking, the quality of the fabrics and craftsmanship were exceptional.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received at Kyha, particularly from Jess. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly nature made the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

KYHA are incredible! I’m a QLD bride, and from the moment I was welcomed by the KYHA team I immediately felt at ease. Which helped me make an easy decision on my dress. An unforeseen issue occurred with my dress (non related to KYHA) and the incredible customer service I received from the sales assistant, Victoria in such a distressed state was unbelievable. Not only did she calm me, she was so kind and supportive in finding a solution FAST. Erica then took over and assisted me from there, who was just as amazing! These ladies are all so warm and educated! They understand the stress a bride is under and help give advice - whether it’s styling, or just being there for you at such an emotional time! QLD need more boutiques like KYHA, until I went there, I hadn’t experience what it felt like to go to a “proper bridal fitting” thank you ladies, you really helped me during a tough time. I couldn’t be more grateful for your kindness & support! Xx

Went with my girlfriend on Saturday to pick up her wedding dress. Instantly felt welcome and comfortable. Every girl who worked there said hi as they were wondering past. Had our own little area for my friend to try her dress on and the girls were so helpful. I then booked my appt in March and I cannot wait to go back. Bianca

My experience with Kyha was truly a dream come true. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel special and the girls were so genuinely excited for us! Champagne and showering of attention to truly make our experience memorable! My Lennox dress was literally my dream dress and the fit was perfection! My Rosanna veil and Rhani earrings completed the vision! I could not have been happier! I highly recommend Kyha to any bride to be looking for that magical experience!

I had such a lovely experience with Brittany from the KYHA team. She helped me pick out a beautiful dress and veil online as I am based in WA and was not able to fly to the showroom in Melbourne before my wedding. I was initially quite nervous as I had less than 3 months before my wedding. She helped calm my nerves and was able to help me decide on what dress and veil best suit me and get them sent to my address with more than enough time for alterations to be done. She also recommended an amazing local tailor and gave some great styling tips. She was always very prompt to reply to all my emails, very professional and just super lovely to deal with.

I had the most amazing purchasing my wedding dress with Brittany from the Melbourne store and I wanted to say a massive thank you to her!

She took away all my stress trying to work out sizing whilst being heavily pregnant and when it arrived in the mail and I tried it on it fit like a glove! I only need a minor alteration to tighten the straps on my dress (Lennox).

Brittany went above and beyond and relieved my stress of post baby weight and creating a plan B - however she did such an amazing job, I don't need a plan B:)

I could not have asked for any better customer service than I did from her and she has made my experience buying my wedding dress such a positive one and one that I will be recommending to others I know getting engaged in the future:)

Today I went into Kyha Studios in South Yarra after having been to one of my final dress fittings at another companies shop. Distressed after seeing my custom ordered veil, I went to Kyha to see if they had a veil that I had seen online. I was greeted by lovely women at the front desk and then was handed over to Adelaide for my accessories appointment. Adelaide went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable sensing my distress. She listened and was kind and understanding and very thorough and helpful. No question was too hard or dismissed. From the minute I walked through the door, the customer service was brilliant. Thank you to the girls at Kyha.

Just wanted to share how amazing and helpful Sascha was with my experience finding my wedding dress! I was quite nervous about going but she made it so fun and enjoyable. The studio is absolutely stunning and with Sascha’s genuine customer service it was such a lovely day! X

My Hazel gown from Kyha Studios was honestly more beautiful and stunning than I ever could have dreamed of! I purchased my gown roughly 3/4 months out from our wedding, without seeing the dress in person or trying it on, and your team made me feel sooooo at ease and comfortable with my decision to purchase this stunning gown! I was blown away by the communication and service from the team, and we only ever communicated electronically. The whole process was so easy and just made my decision so much easier. I had so many compliments on my dress on our wedding day and I just felt so comfortable in the gown. I'm honestly still obsessed with my dress, so thank you so so much!
