74 I found their dark hot chocolate to be sweeter than expected. It supposed to be 55% cocoa but i would have preferred less sugar. Its also very thick so you can only really drink it on an empty stomach and in cooler months too.
Regardless they have a nice atmosphere to their cafe and you can sit down and rest from nearby shopping without too much interruptions.
They also sell a large collection of hand made chocolates however i did not try these.
Still loving koko black after 10 years since I first set foot on Melbourne. The chocolate/coffee affogato is to die for. Great branch at the Royal Arcade with nice decor and surrounding. Must visit in Melbourne!
My favourite place for chocolates in Melbourne! The hot chocolate and ice chocolate are both fantastic. Must also try the chocolates that they sell too like their dark chocolate liquor as well as their fruity chocolates. A true Melbourne gem!
They serve one of the best iced chocolate beverage in Melbourne and their desserts are quite decent.
A great combination of chocolate and coffee selection with nice location. It's too bad the kitchen sometime has bottleneck and a bit slow delivering our order. The staff is friendly and professional

Chocolate mousse was to die for, so delicious, also a great hot chocolate but would have liked it a bit darker and richer! Lovely spot, I wish my waistline would allow me to come here every day.
Very average service, disjointed delivery of food and coffee, and waited too long for a disappointing, burnt coffee.
We bought the chocolate covered almonds and they are amazing! I believe they have deals if you buy 3 or more, but they are certainly worth buying a few bags.

OMG THE CHOCOLATE️ it is really tasty and rich flavor maybe the coffee isnt much but the dessert is a thing which was the first time i taste something tasty as this.
Introduced by a friend, a very very good taste chocolate. Recommend to go there and have a short break.
Good location with beautiful interior architecture surrounding this place. Ok experience, wouldn't go back there for the coffee as there are better options near by. Didn't try a cake
