Such bad experience I’ve had in this place they behave like sh.they all have angry faces instead of smiling to clients
Way too expensive also after they fixed my car I’ve brought my car to different company to re fix it
I Wasted money
I will NEVER be back

First class service and I appreciated time spent trying to resolve an issue with locking wheel bolts. A job very well done. However far less impressive was fluid (brake fluid my husband says) splashed on car which destroyed a small section of clear coat and has eaten into paint.

Possibly the most rudest arrogant people I have ever come across. The days of caring and looking after customers and the public has definitely left this establishment!
Absolute disgrace!

Absolute disgrace. My car broke down on the 41 degree day.being pregnant I walked to the mechanics not even 8 metres away to be told they cant help me because the cant work on cars in carparks.seriously? ! I could see my car from their workshop!
So instead just let a pregnant lady swelter in the heat instead? Absolutely disgusting!

Great price, honest people. Keep up the good work. Customer do shop around and honesty goes a long way. Will return again if I needed tires since they are located within the Westfield Shopping centre, which is a plus!

I have been goingto this place for years as it is close to my work. They are never very friendly or helpful.

Having been quoted ~$2500 for some repair jobs after having a service at a car dealership, I took my car here for a second opinion. Nathan was great to deal with, had a look at the car and told me that the jobs were potentially unnecessary but if I did get them done would only cost ~$400. He then refused to accept any payment for the inspection.
I will be making a point of going here for all my car needs form now on.

We had a car taken to them for a service. They swapped a patched tire out without asking first, then charged an exorbitant rate for a tire and wouldn't give us a choice to buy somewhere else or fit the space saver. Will NOT go back there and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Beware, these guys are looking to fleece those less aware. Unconscionable behaviour!

I am so over being ripped off by this team. We have been here 3 times for a service and new tyres. Each time we leave feeling overcharged and under serviced. I went to Kmart Tyre and Auto at Vic Gardens for years and always had fantastic customer service, value for money and never felt ripped off. Save you money and don't got to Kmart Tyre and Auto Doncaster!

A great crew with a friendly attitude who are flexible and always willing to help. I've been to these guys 3 times this year and they are always honest, fair and on-time. I would highly recommend taking your car here for a service next time. Thanks again!
