Fantastic service! Was very worried as I had the engine and transmission oil both turn on around the same time on my Mazda 3, and had a long day of driving the following day, Peter was able to squeeze me in at the very end of the day.
My front indicator had blown as well which wasn’t a MAJOR rush, but was able to get that fixed later in the week.
Peter was an absolute pleasure to do business with and also provided me with fair pricing, which was a breath of fresh air!
Will definitely be doing business with him again! Thank you Peter!

Excellent service! Highly recommend car service for anyone looking at getting their car serviced/repaired. Twas nice to meet Peter. He was very friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. When I got my car serviced from other mechanics, they were telling me there was something wrong with my car's steering system and was charging me for $800+, fortunately, I didn't get that fixed because Peter said only Hyundai can do it. Whewwwwww!
Didn't get any hidden fees and/or unnecessary sales talk. The entire cost of the service was affordable. I will be bringing Chaqo (my car's name) to MyCar Doncaster from now on while I'm still living in the area.

Great service from Fonda and the team. Purchased Goodyear OptiLife tyres for my Camry a year ago, which came with the free tyre lifetime care package. I was delighted to discover that the tyre care package covered a repair for a puncture due to a screw embedded in the tyre tread.

The guys at mycar are awesome! Very efficient and great at what they do. They’ve been extremely accommodating when I’ve had to book my car in 3 times in 2 weeks (none at their fault), twice for emergency works, and kept me updated every step of the way. Very convenient location too. I feel like all the prices are very fair from not knowing a lot about cars and they genuinely care about getting a safe car out on the road. Everyone was super friendly and keeping with high hygiene standards due to the covid 19. My car needed a small service which they completed within the day.
Service was excellent and would highly recommend.

As a young woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars I was super impressed with the level of customer service I received here, everything was explained thoroughly and in terms I could easily understand. They were very thorough and informed me about the general state of the car, the work they’d done and things that would need doing down the track. Very happy and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and for the last 10 to 12 years I have been going to the Doncaster East branch on Doncaster Road but stopped going there recently not because of any problems only because the manager who regularly looked after me has been moved to the Doncaster shopping town branch and over the years the friendship and trust that we have built can not be replicated the gentleman’s name is Fonda he is an absolute asset to your company my mother in law my wife and the rest of the family all take our cars there and we can’t imagine going anywhere else thank you.

I used to work for them in my late teens. Got along with a number of staff. Haven't set foot in one since I left a few weeks before my 21st. Got sold again.

Worst experience.low quality products.i have been there for three times for the same problem in a week.: but still the problem is there at the end.

I got a great deal on a set of new front tyres which included balancing and an alighment adjust.

Rang late morning and asked if the car could be attended to the same day - they were able to accomodate me.

The most dishonest dodgy people I have ever seen. They will try everything to avoid their responsibilities if they made a mistake. They will screw you up without blinking their eyes. Try everything to avoid this place even your car breakdown in front their door.

Unsure about some of these other reviews, this place has got in nailed. Never had anything other than the best service, honesty and prices from the branch at westfield. Laurie and Nathan and their team is very well drilled and offer nothing but the best. Don't go anywhere else!
