Kmart Tyre & Auto Service

I've had good support and service with repairing punctured tyres on a couple of occasions. It's conveniently situated in Westfield Doncaster so I have something to do while waiting and I receive an SMS notification when the car is ready for collection.

Peter and the team gave wonderful service today when I took my car for a transmission checkup.

I've had my car serviced at mycar Doncaster Shoppingtown a couple times now. It's always a easy and simple process. The team there are friendly and knowledgeable and take the case to explain things clearly to me.

I had a puncher Saturday afternoon as a walk in. I went in just before they closed and they were happy to help fix the tyre and completed the job within an hour. I am not sure what I would have done without their help. Really great service and very polite.

I used to go to a different mycar, but switched here. They are much more upfront about problems and explain them clearly and then fix them.

ZERO STAR!

Booked my car for a tyre change online. When I dropped the car off for the tyre change, the store refused the tyre change due to a size mismatch (not my fault, I bought what mycar website recommended for my car brand and model)

The store said that they can’t process the refund because the order was made online. They said that the store will call the head office and sore it out.

The next day, the store called and said that I need to call the head office myself because they can’t.

After hours of waiting on the call, someone picked up the call and didn’t process the money because she was not able to find the order.

Back and forth, yet hasn’t been refunded and still my case open.

They don’t care at all about customer satisfaction and I have doubts if they care about their job and your car.

Don’t waste your time with them and go somewhere legit.

A fantastic experience. Michael and the team were very helpful in my time of need. Their service was very professional and informative.

Unprofessional staffs. They did Gasket rocker cover remove and replace for our car. A few months later, our car had oil leaking engine, we went to shop nearby to check and they said bring the car back to Mycar.
Peter Mycar staff said it’s not the place they fixed before. We went to Subaru workplace to check again, they said yes the one Mycar fixed was leaking.
Even the Subaru staff call them and had a talk to them, they still said it’s not their fault.
Don’t come to this place and do car service, will waste your time and money.

The staff were friendly. When I came to pick up my car they answered all my questions and explained things to me about my car so that I understood. I felt well looked after and informed. The drive back home was super satisfying!

Peter was great with his service and did not bend around the bush, he told me what needed to be done and what can wait incase I didn’t want to spend a lot at once. He gave me information also about my car, the car runs like a dream and everything is nice and clean. I highly recommend coming here as the service is great and although they take the whole day they treat your car like it’s there own. Very well done
