Miss the DVD Section plus area for Books is disappointing as it doesn't have the range of books as I expected.

Not to bad the store in general but some of the staff need to start liking there job more or start finding another one that makes them happy.

Always full of products and find many things but sorry to say staff is not good never greets to customers always rude specially indian people who is working near entrance not nice

How aggressive is the security guard at the front door.had to call the manager when he wouldn't give me his name.

It's a great shopping centre, however extremely disappointed with the lack of phone reception whilst in the complex.
The centre has been open for quite some time now, so that is inexcusable.

PURVI was the lovely lady who answered the phone this morning! She was super polite & extremely helpful.

As a local business operator in Werribee I found that My shopping experience at this store was one of the best.
The professional friendly efficient attitude of everyone including Anthony The Department Manager, Nicole the Store Manager, The young lady at the door & everyone at the service desk & Dispatch made me to remember this store for my future shopping for business & Personal requirements. Well done team, Be proud of yourself, Will be back again over & over.

Everything was well organised and tidy, unlike other Kmarts I've been to. Stock levels for the items I was looking for were adequate and even though it was a bit crowded (Saturday afternoon) the buying experience was smooth.

I wanted to buy a table and two chairs for my kids today but couldnt open up a trolly as I had no coins. I asked help from the kmart gen (indian) there and he asked me ‘why cant you just incert one or two dollars and get it’. I said I have no coins with me. He said ‘same here’. So disappointed how they treat their customers.we cant have coins with us all the time. This is a world where all transactions are done with cards and how can we have coins with us all the time. I had to buy extra things from coles to get my money changed and get a trolly and come back. Never feel like going there anymore

Half of the shelves are empty and hardly in staff on floor if you need any help.next time i will go to werribee kmart.

Been there over 10 times in a month (since moved to this area). The security guard always give his 100% in customer service. The store staff always busy organizing things. I will appreciate if they put more staff at register on weekends because its very busy and the self serve machines are hopeless. Keep it up!

Not a fan of this place now. I used to love going to this place when we used to live in Truganina! Sadly this place is now a hot mess and a lot of their products are either on the floor, pieces missing or have no price tags. Hardly any staff around to ask for help when you want to find something.
I will not want to go back here unless I can’t find what I want in any of the stores in West Melbourne

Wanted 60 sets of butterfly wings for my daughter's funeral and they actually had more than enough! Nothing could have taken a load off my mind better than that at the time.
Their party selection is always awesome and well stocked.

Mid-sized store but quiet because this shopping centre isn't busy, if you are looking for specific stock this could be the store to try, they were very helpful for me.

I love this kmart its convenient because it's not in a huge shopping centre so easy to get in and out. Everyone is friendly

Love shopping here great place clean store friendly stuff. I can walk in this store and buy almost everything on my list every time I go in. Only down side to store is when you ask for something to be sent from other store it took 3 months to get it. Buy that time I found item in another Kmart store.

Big Kmart. And stuff is not too easy to find. Staff here is as in every Kmart, not keen on assisting. The bag and invoice checking at checkout seems pathetic sometimes but I understand the need.
