Used the click and collect for the first time so easy to use online and easy to pickbup very good service

We did click n collect for the first time. Absolutely blown away by the service. Got text mesg. Clicked on link to fix a time. Got another text with link to click on when we arrive. We arrived we clicked and advised which bay we are in. We waited for 20 minutes. They called out the name. I picked stuff n came home. There were cars parked at pick up bay misused by grocery shoppers who had option to park elsewhere. Tarneit central. I empathise with staff they are constantly moving n delivering stuff. Waiting was ok for me as i also work n this is hard work by making sure goods are delivered to correct customers. It is a difficult time and we must empathise rather than blaming. Every business has pros n cons.well done kmart

Love shopping here great place clean store friendly stuff. I can walk in this store and buy almost everything on my list every time I go in. Only down side to store is when you ask for something to be sent from other store it took 3 months to get it. By that time I found item in another Kmart store.

When I asked a staff member for help I found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly, their service was wonderful and the layout was easy to navigate as it was just like any other kmart

Just another Kmart, things arranged in usual way. However I usually find it a little hard to locate a specific department, because one could be hidden behind another and you have to walk a bit too inside to see those big boards for specific section. The same problem here too. Their competitor Target scores better in this matter, that, as soon as you enter the store, you can straight away see each and every section from distance and then go straightaway to that section. However KMART is always cheaper than Target, however the quality is also of lower standard. So just the same fact, you pay for what you get.

Well organised.helpful staff. Good items on sale.staff at service desk on customer service counter is really helpful. I used photo printing services and found really easy and good in a price.

It's K Mart so no surprises. It has everything you expect of a K Mart. Lots of parking here and Coles and Aldi and Harris Scarfe and Reject Shop are nearby. Easy access and parking any time of day.

Spacious & quiet Kmart shop, floor layout is similar to other shops and has most products in stock consistently

Everything was well organised and tidy, unlike other Kmarts I've been to. Stock levels for the items I was looking for were adequate and even though it was a bit crowded (Saturday afternoon) the buying experience was smooth.

Been there over 10 times in a month (since moved to this area). The security guard always give his 100% in customer service. The store staff always busy organizing things. I will appreciate if they put more staff at register on weekends because its very busy and the self serve machines are hopeless. Keep it up!

I love this kmart its convenient because it's not in a huge shopping centre so easy to get in and out. Everyone is friendly
