Kmart Tarneit

Unreliable. Came to grab something that was supposed to be in stock, but no one has stocked the shelves with the latest shipment.

Very unorganized and should’ve not been marked as ‘In Stock’ if you’re not organized with your stuff- what a waste of my time and petrol.

Tarneit kmart employe not quite able to read and apply kmart return policy.

"Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method (includes the same card or device as purchase). However, if the original payment method cannot be verified due to a different digital platform such as mobile payment, watch payment, e-wallet etc.or a card was replaced, then you will be asked for proof of identity. "

I was rejected when I provided a proof of identity while I was not able to provide the card number that was visible on the receipt (last 4 digit).

It's very disappointing and frustrating when employees argue customer without really reading the return policy. This is really bad customer service

Your sunday manager young guy doesn't know how do his job got over 30 present from tarient me and my wife went away for our hunamoon came back my mother in law chucked a vacuum cleaner box away and recent came to shop like a gentleman would not listen to me I have been going to your shop for over 50 years over charger worth 30 dollar people how bought it payed 150 this kid should not be a manger wouldn't know a clear dopr

Extremely bad customer service from staff, when I complained to the manager she said “it’s the weekend casual staff, we get that all the time!
Not good enough!

Absolutely hopeless store and very rude staff, totally lacking in any customer service.
I am quite elderly and when I asked for a trolley (as there were none in the trolley bay) I was told to go get it myself outside, when i said “I beg your pardon” he pointed out side and said get it yourself?
NEVER any trolleys to use?

Waited for 30min for click and collect that must had been done in 5 mins if that click and collect lady had listened and didn't take my order back. Didn't liked her attitude at all. Not a good customer service

No reviews options or visitor post visible on Kmart social media page. I guess this is called customer service confidence. Absolutely disgusting behavior and third class service from Kmart staff backed by store manager. Most likely low stocks items are traded by staff to friends and family at Kmart Tarneit. Such a shame.

Very poor click & collect services waited more than an hour to get my order. Inefficient & rude staff was lying as well.definitely need behavioural training!

I don't understand why Kmart has opened this store. Whenever I want to buy anything, they don't have it in stock. In this lockdown, cannot go outside of 5 km radius and because this store never has anything available for click and collect, and don't want to pay stupid delivery charge so switched to BigW as they have everything available most of the time.

If you're going to close pickup for click and collect from 1-1: 30, maybe tell your customers that via email.or via text when you send the confirmation to pickup the order.or leave it on your answering service.or pick up the phone and say that.or write in on your collection bays. Just tell your customers. A 5 minute pick up just turned into 40 minutes waiting around.

Very slack and very unreliable! Ordered online since 11th of June and the order is coming from this store. They printed the tracking numbers and email it to me but its not working. Its been a week since ordering and still don’t know where is my order now. Chasing Kmart and Australia Post but they don’t know why and where is the order now. Disappointing!

The staff at the entrance gate is very rude and arrogant. Highly stupid and untrained staff members.

All Indian staff I don’t see any other staff from different nations and they don’t know how to deal with customers

Worst experience i ever had.ordered 2 bikes 2 weeks back and paid the amount in advance but the bikes were not assembled on time and the response was very rude from the team saying that they are not even sure of the bikes we ordered. Will never recommend Kmart tarneit to anyone.

How aggressive is the security guard at the front door.had to call the manager when he wouldn't give me his name.

I wanted to buy a table and two chairs for my kids today but couldnt open up a trolly as I had no coins. I asked help from the kmart gen (indian) there and he asked me ‘why cant you just incert one or two dollars and get it’. I said I have no coins with me. He said ‘same here’. So disappointed how they treat their customers.we cant have coins with us all the time. This is a world where all transactions are done with cards and how can we have coins with us all the time. I had to buy extra things from coles to get my money changed and get a trolly and come back. Never feel like going there anymore

Poor customer service, not willing to assist with queries.

A tall young man, think his name was Matthew came and ask me for help, i said yes, he then took me to the toilet and we went skiing.

This store is so dirty, I’ve never come across a store like this. Stock cages everywhere & stock not being put out (a week later & still sitting there). Not to mention clothing on the floor everywhere because customers too lazy to pick something up that they drop. Shop somewhere else, this store is absolutely disgraceful

-Bit of a joke. They ask you not to use cash because of corona, so i dont bring cash. Then i try to get a trolley and they say 'oh we dont have a key for them. You need to go to the desk to get cash out', *face-palm* Right. Pretty poor form. I ask them to ask someone about a key and they just say 'we dont have it'. Not the best customer service
