Kmart Manor Lakes

Honestly so happy that I no longer need to go to the Plaza to go to Kmart! Manor Lakes is such a good, local stroll for me Also like their Anko Brand too!

Love having kmart so close to home no more driving for klm to get to a store great staff and great store

Items not correctly marked.iPhone screen guard listed for $5 on web, marked with $7 but actually billed for $5 which of actual price. Wrong price marking can push customer away.

I am happy to see kmart in our local area. This saves time from driving all the way to Werribee Plaza as well as saves the struggle of finding parking there.
This is a big kmart (almost same size as the one in Werribee plaza), well stocked, good variety of the products. The new and large parking in Manor Lakes shopping centre makes it easy to find parking. Manor lakes shopping centre is relatively small, so there isn't too much walk inside the shopping centre to get to Kmart.
The staff is great, very polite, humble, professional and helpful.
The store is well maintained from cleaning perspective.

Hi kmart management team,

I have just tried to exchange a faulty 2400W bagless vacuum at this store, purchased start of April 2020 and was told by both staff and the assistant store manager, due to me not having my receipt I was not eligible for an exchange. Your item clearly stated 12 month replacement warranty on its base, your return policy states faulty items will be replaced or fixed.

My partner ordered this online so I did manage to produce the receipt but then I was informed this refund must be put directly into our account in 5 days. I was physically at the store with the physical item. Is this a joke?

This experience was disgraceful and you have lost my business. I used to work for your company, this is not care for your customers.

I've been to a few kmart and the greeting l got off PETER at the front was AMAZING plus love the new store.

There is a Kmart walking distance from our house that's open late most nights. This will be dangerous.
