Nothing to fancy, i just ordered three piece wicked wings lol love wicked wings at KFC. Love KFC in general.

The most disgusting soggy fries you can ever buy and then dump it to the bin. The batter coating over the chicken was salty. Avoid.

Not great. Chicken was dry and underwhelming in taste. Service was relatively slow in the evenings.

Staff need to be more enthusiastic when greeting and taking orders, and not consistently checking their phone when preparing orders.
Also no bottled water?

Absolutely no customer service at all, no eye contact, no smile, its like ordering with the vending machine. Need to go back and forth 3 times to ask for napkins, dipping sauce for the nugget, and spoon for the potato gravy. Unpleasant experience at kfc dockland today.

Its winter, your poor staff is wearing t-shirt and she's cold.please ask her to put on a winter jacket. I'm bringing this up to labour minister

Untrained staff with absolutely no customer service skills, so cringe worthy watching them serve customers.
Obnoxious inappropriate music blaring.
And there was a Long dark hair in my food and I have a shaved head! Revolting!

Arrived about an hour to closing. Worst possible service ever and hardly anything left to sell.

The worst KFC i ever tried. Staff had rude service. No smile. What i am feeling like she wants me leave. I ordered a "chip as cheap" box, it should be 8pc but i only get 6pc.that's really bad.

Absolutely terrible, staff couldn’t even be bothered to salt the chips. I myself work at KFC and to see a fellow establishment produce this garbage is sickening. Lift your game.

Absolutely terrible service. KFC just can’t get the packing aspect of the service right, teenagers with no management, just terrible.

Pretty bad service, ordering from a machine would have had more eye contact and charisma. That and the loud rap music with profanity, the slow service make this one of the worst KFCs I've visited. I guess in a location with mostly tourists they don't need to rely on repeat business - I won't be returning.

Not only the worst KFC ever, but also a shame for all chicken-cooks. So sad for KFC for having such a branch. Bad service and even worse, if possible, food! Dirty and they even didn't know that there's a high chair laid in their corner. Don't try it.

The worst customer service I've experienced at a KFC. If you want good food, go to the place next door.

Third time ive been downsized.
Fourth time they have forgotten to give me my drink.
Second time the staff were chatting and laughing while i waited at the register.
Second time they have forgotten to put one of the actual food items in the box.
Third time im given chicken strips the size of my pinky finger.

I love KFC, but either get better staff or train them properly with a competent supervisor!

Nice clean store. Very busy when we visited but they still did a good job. Good quality food. Nice views of wheel is bonus
