Worst Pepsi freeze I have ever had not worth the money and it does not even look frozen never come here again stick to McDonald’s.

Good place for fried kitchen, can get a bit busy.
Edit: usually the staff are super helpful however after encountering a red haired female staff member, who stole from me by editing my order at her till, after it was placed in the kiosk.
I will not be returning and be taking further action.

Spent $36 on 2 large zinger box meals one with extra chips (instead of gravy) and the other with chicken fillets (instead of hot and spicy chicken). I recieved only 1 zinger box (with no extra chips) and just a single zinger burger. Completely missing the rest of box 2.

I questioned the red haired girl at the counter who said that is what I ordered and proceeded to print out a receipt in my name for the order she gave me, but not what I had ordered at the kiosk. Weird, I thought. I knew I had ordered 2 zinger boxes as I had changed some of the elements and double checked before paying to make sure the changes had been made.

I calculated the amount on the receipt and it did not add up to what I paid on card. Additionally, the time stamp shows this order was submitted at the counter 9 minutes after I made my original order at the kiosk. She was of zero help, just gaslighting me in to thinking I didn't order what I am confident I did.

I believe she fraudulently changed my order because they had no fillet pieces left is my best guess. I don't know, it's odd.

I feel like I've been robbed by the red haired girl. I won't ever go again even though I live next door to it.

Very disappointing, the chicken was all fat, bones and cartilage, couldn't eat it and wasn't fresh, wasted our money! It's so busy the cleaning is neglected, where's the manager? Seriously KFC Waterfront this is disgraceful, I bet you wouldn't eat it yourself. Where is the customer service, quality control?

Disgusting never seen any takeaway that dirty, the staff were behind the counter talking to each other looking at me and refuse to serve me thank god I didn’t order anything as I’ve seen worse seen ever one of the staff had her full finger in her nose and touching her head, chicken pieces at the counter, floor dirty, I’m surprised how the health inspector didn’t close it yet

*READ* The most disgusting KFC we’ve ever been to. Will be contacting management along with this review.

If you want to see a horrendous excuse of a KFC branch, look no further than docklands KFC. You will see staff eating KFC products while preparing your order and carrying on like juveniles instead of offering professional customer service.

We came here to order 6 pieces of chicken only to find extremely dry, mahogany coloured pieces of “chicken” in our box. The chicken had the texture of cardboard and the coating looked similar to that of being deep fried several times or left in the oil for way too long. Worse was the customer service I received when I queried why one of the pieces had no meat on it and was mostly mahogany coloured brown batter. The woman at front gruffly coughed out it’s “our policy that each box would have a wing”, failing to understand the substance of the query.

I advise anyone interested in eating here to spend your money in the Turkish shop next door, you’ll have a better chance of finding actual food in your order and be served by decent humans.

Note to management, I have retained my receipt and have photos of the food.

Probably the worst kfc joint I’ve ever been. The only reason I go back is because of lack of choice around here. I’ve lived here for 5+ years. Rating reflects staff attitude. Just today I had to wait 10 minutes just to order with a baby in hand, along with two other customers who one decided to leave while other went to the kiosk. 3 staff members in back chatting in a group having a fun time all had the time to leave the kitchen to greet and talk to someone outside. The red haired girl on register didn’t greet, didn’t ask what drink I’d like, didn’t give my number just took the order and left, no sorry for waiting so long. Drenched the chips with SOOO MUCH SALT. Causing me to return.
I know working customer service can be challenging especially fast food, but, if you can’t even say hello… speaks volumes…

The food is standard KFC that everyone comes to expect. Although the staff act as though they don't want to be there. On multiple occasions I've come to get food to be greeted by music being blasted on a portable speaker getting carried around, multiple senior staff talking about work-inappropriate topics in the back, staff running around with costumes, and front-facing staff that haven't been trained enough. The service is okay, but it's just that.

It seems to be the culture of this place to have 1 or 2 staff doing all the work to the point of exhaustion, while the rest are busy having fun chatting or engaging in various forms of tomfoolery. They have so much fun that sometimes, as a customer, I feel like I am in their way and that my presence is highly unwelcome (which is probably true judging from their attitude towards customers).

I have refrained from leaving a review in the past because it is unfair to the 1% of staff who are actually working hard. However, after another app order which (again) had items missing, I felt like I should say something. So here goes: I am so sorry my craving for fried chicken seemed to have imposed on you guys. Although you were probably having too great a time to notice.

On behalf of the local avian community, thanks also for always having leftover food scattered around on every single table for hours on end. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Finally, the food here is incredible! Unlike other branches which serve mundane menu items, you make sure to include a surprise every time! My last order came with a few crunchy, raw chips, which is a refreshing take on a classic recipe. Sometimes I get double-fried, extra crispy stale chicken too if I'm lucky! Sadly I didn't get to review the chocolate mousse or aioli sauce (among others) since they are missing from my order every time.

It’s always dirty, and because staff arent used to hectic busy times they are more lax than other stores. But food is always good! And isn’t that what really matters? ‍️

First ever visit to KFC District Docklands, We waited for 20 mins to get only one large chips. It was clear that the staff did not wanted to serve and work. The girl at the front kept using her mobile phone. Very appalling.

I don't expect the best service from the fast food restaurant but today, 23 Aug 2022 around 12.15pm, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my 3 pieces box. I kind of understand the staff looked so busy for a lunch service but all that busy came from unorganised staff. I know this review never reach to the management then they never care about it but it has to be fixed!

The guy who was serving was not taking my order and I called him to take my order as the machine was not working
he told me wait for 15 min for him to take the order and he mentioned to me can you go somewhere else to eat i can't take your order

Horrible service at waterfront city / Docklands store tonight
1. Waited 10 min to get served when the girl ‘1’ clearly saw me waiting
2. Waited 20 min for wicked wings
3. Couldn’t give me a large coleslaw. Gave me 2 small and I said isn’t a large equal to 4 small (or at least 3). Girl ‘1’ just said no it’s 2 and walked off before I could even prove her wrong.
4. No staff wearing masks and girl ‘2’ coughing over food
5. Girl ‘3’ walking through all 10 customers with two open bags of rubbish and went back to serving food without washing hands.

The staff is very slow. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my meal. They keep talking and do not pay attention to the orders. They need a better manager and need to keep the place clean and hygienic. The wings were undercooked too. Never going there again!
