You have to ask for everything you need like ketchup, silverware, glasses, plates. Employees are not the best.

Hi, i went there for some kfc, and my golly it was a meal i was not ready for, yet been waiting for my whole life

We got 4 meals and they were an utter discrace.
Have never had such dry chicken, let alone receiving the incorrect order twice.

The male staff was nice and kind, but the black female staff was not too nice. She did not want to clean the table even though I mentioned its dirtiness.

The food is good.the only thing i want them to focus on is cleanliness. The tables and the floors were very dirty.

Slow, ran out of potato and gravy, staff not friendly. Only three tables available inside on a cold night, all of which were covered in rubbish

Great to see a female serving with a nose ring, large tattoo on her neck and chewing gum. Best part is, she didn't even greet me.

Filthy dinning rooms. Stale food. Nonchalant, unhelpful staff. Ordered through app went to pay at register, simply told online orders doesn't work. Fail to inform that order will go through if it was paid through app.

The dirtiest KFC restaurant I have ever seen. Rubbish all over the floors. Bins overflowing to the extent we had to leave our rubbish on the table. Staff too busy looking bored & stocking drink cabinet rather than cleaning this disgusting mess up. Wouldn't recommend anyone eats here & it won't be long before the rats are their only customers. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

I recommend this place to anyone and everyone, I'm sure you will love it. I will definitely be coming back again for more!

Chicken were chewy, oily and had been left in the warmer to the point that the exposed meat were brown and dry. Chips were cold and soggy.

Waited 15 mins here near the register, no one came to take my order, the staff were roaming and one was dancing to hip hop music. ‍️

Not the best service, the young staffs working there need better training when it comes to service

I came here and let me just tell you that i was MIND BLOWN the service, the food, the quality everything was perfect the staff were so nice they even let me have a little sip from toilet bowl all i can say that this place is heaven

Person behind counter was too busy fixing headdress than getting my order correct. Also witnessed another older gentleman have similar issue. Food didn't seem at all fresh. Otherwise great location. Maybe just a bad day?

Asked for an $11.35 box, we were charged just under $20 and the girl had ZERO IDEA. Couldn't speak a word of English and was very rude when we tried to point to what we wanted. Don't do it. Plenty of other options around.

I dont need to give a bad rating but I agree with other customers. Cant except more than that from underage underpaid and untrained staff from a fast-food place. Still surviving becouse of Colonel Sanders.
