KFC Waterfront City Docklands

20mins wait for chips. 4 staff on. No one cares about orders or customers. 3 people talking at the back. You need a manager on site to supervise the teenage staff.

Ordered 3piece boxes and honestly these chicken are very very small! I don't understand how they can think a person can eat a small piece of chicken like this! It's not even decent for a child! Kfc is becoming more and more disappointing.

Feel compelled to rate a fast food chain because of an employee here called Kaleb. Honestly, the best customer service ever in a fast food chain. It's corny, but the guy always provides service with a smile. Food? Well it's KFC!

KFC Waterfront City Docklands is decent little KFC, in my experience the staff try their hardest to get the orders right the first time, and they do a pretty good job, the seating is mostly outdoor with a shelter over the top, I don't think I've ever really had any issues at this store, I Recommend KFC at Waterfront City Docklands if you fancy the dirty bird!

I am appalled. Extremely poor customer service. The ladies do not care. Did not say thank you after order. No manners. Slammed my drink on the counter. Didn't even bother asking me for a large or regular combo. Chips were not seasoned in chicken salt and weren't cooked properly. Have never seen such a disgusting KFC before. They have signs of them sanitizing the tables but they have been barely cleaned.

Not at all clean.tried their crunch burger, had no sauce no crunch.it was so soggy!
Other places are better than having Kfc!

You only got 5 stars as the worker that day.she was amazing handled things amazing, you hada little problems that day, and I wish I knew her name but don't, definitely going back and how we were treated was excellent, made you feel special

An hour before close time and refused to cooked nuggets.
Didn't ask what drinks were wanted and just handed whatever.
Service is atrocious!

If you love chicken dryer than a nuns fanny then you've come to the right place! Even got lucky and got extra supercharged sauce instead of Mayo like I asked for. Nothing better than finding some of the ladies that served me moustache in my rabbit poo of a popcorn chicken. Should of just gone out the front and caught a pidgon and ate that.

Gave these guys two tries - first visit: zinger burger, pretty simple yet had barely any sauce or lettuce.just the bun and chicken didn’t taste very fresh.
Went back for the original recipe chicken, was SO dry and not very warm. I asked and was told it had been sitting there for 30mins. At least the staff were very helpful in offering a refund hence the 2 stars and not 1

I ordered a zinger burger combo but there was no napkin, not enough sauce in the burger and my chips weren’t even seasoned

Bad service had to wait forever on my order and then i got home and realised they forgot to give me half my order. Very disaapointed

Went here today for lunch, ordered 2 zinger burgers and 2 go buckets for the kids. The Zingers were okay, patty not that fresh, but the go bucket popcorn chicken was really good, fresh and still hot.

Manager is friendly, and we were able to use our entertainment vouchers. Service was pretty fast.

5.30pm ordered a zinger box, and changed the gravy to another child, finally only got one regular chips which should be a large one. The staff said he already changed and upgraded it. I have been changed the gravy many times for three years, and this is the first time I experienced. Bad experience.

Feel bad for the staff here as they are always getting shouted at by grumpy people, the food is good, staff are kind although I agree that the restaurant should be a little cleaner

I never wanted to ever do this but this KFC is the worst one I have been to.because I came here yesterday for dinner and I wanted a burger with cheese and some regular fries, but they had no burgers left. So we left to go to Carl’s JR instead. And one time we came here and I wanted tomato sauce but they had non. And we were about to refund the whole order. But then they had one last one at the the last second. So I will hope that this KFC will improve in the future.

Normally, I don't post reviews of fast-food restaurants.but I had to make an exception.second time there, same experience - Saturday 8th Feb 2020.lunch time.it was as if the staff really didn't want to be there and just could not be bothered. (front of house). Problem is, you're located in a relatively high tourist area - so, leaves a bit of a bad impression of Melbourne. Yes, one KFC is not a representation of Melbourne, and I get that the staff there may not be big $$$'s, but at least pretend you care about (a) the job and (b) the customer.

Bad choice if u choose to order here, bad staff never give proper response. I suggest to get better staff.

It's KFC. Best fast food franchise out there but that should be no surprise to anyone. Not sure why they would even need a review.
