Always order by app from this place.really love the wicked wings in here.but not soo for the original recipe

Ordered a zinger box online. They lost the order and took half an hour to BEGIN PUTTING THE BOX TOGETHER after I told them about it. Ridiculous.

Took them.more than 20 minutes to get app order ready. As a courtesy they should atleast provide fresh food. They provided the oldest nuggets which were impossible to chew and soggiest slider which was probably sitting there for hours. Wouldn't recommend to go there.

They serve walk in customers last or not at all. Always get the scabby bits of chicken. Chicken is overcooked. By far the worst KFC in Melbourne.

KFC Thornbury. Shambles. Lukewarm stodgey chips. 8 dinner rolls forced into a box that should only hold 4, turning them into dominos without spots. Half cooked chicken. The bonus was they had their phone on messagebank (full) so you couldn't talk to the manager. KFC Thornbury never, ever, ever again!

This particular KFC always forgets items on my order.

I ordered 4 dinner rolls and got 1.

This ain't the first time.

But it's the last, I'll go to another dirty bird thanks.

Fast quick drive thru. The girl that took our order was very friendly and patient, explained to us the difference in the various deals.

Yesterday, I decided to pop in to this KFC to get my every once in a while fix. I've been to this one plenty of times before, here's how this visit played out for me.

Pros: Ordered on the app, food came hot and fresh and tasted great. I was also impressed by the speed of service. The staff were really friendly too, especially when I saw them serving the other customers.
Cons: Unfortunately, on this visit they mixed up my order. I ordered the "Go Bucket 1 Original Tender", and they gave me the "Go Bucket Popcorn Chicken" instead. However, the rest of the order was all good!

Ordered popcorn slab, chips and gravy this afternoon 9/10/2020 4.20pm.might as well have asked for BBQ sauce on buns, we got 10 popcorn chicken balls and so much bbq couldn't eat it and the chips had so much salt, couldn't eat them either. Waste of money, not to mention the guy at payment window was RUDE, teach staff some manners and make edible food, not even my dog ate it. Very disappointed

It is worst experience I ever had with Australia KFC. I had ordered the meal from the KFC app to pick up the food. When I reach there the staff said they are close. That is absolutely ridiculous! I’ll never go back again. Australia KFC you are the worst.

No photos unfortunately because we devoured it too quickly and it was delicious!
Now I’m laying on the couch with a stomach ache. Nobody’s fault but my own.

Our order was completely messed up with 2/3 missing. Went back to collect our missing items but the service was so terrible. Won’t be back!

Fault not the mistake, but the way a person goes about fixing it. Great service and great management team working hard.

My partner loves KFC as an old family moment, but in the past we tried to use delivery service to get it to us and each time they sent the wrong delivery. After six time we did learn a lesion so we would pick it up. LOL we fight about who does it, but with COVID 19, I thought that they would give better service.
Ps we ordered a family pack and got a burger chips and a small coleslaw

To the crew that served me yesterday. Thanks foe letting me know that the food would take a little extra time and thank you for throwing in the chips and mousse as a kind gesture. You were all working at capacity. Great stuff.

Hot day and long trip ahead, so needed something cold cold cold. The slushies at KFC are one of my favourites. They aren’t too sweet and the sizes are perfect. I use my own straw however.
The wrap was nicely warm with not too much mayo and plenty of crispy chicken. The hot chips were as always - fabulous.
Nice store in Thornbury. Good parking. Wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Thank you to the staff who did a great job during a busy period.

It's a KFC. It's got tasty food if you like fried chicken, otherwise it's not for you if you don't like KFC.

Yummy delicious meals as always. Lacking in seafood and veggie options tho, would choose them so much more often.

A worker named Lachlan I would say about 15 was very rude when taking my order and when I called him out for it he apologised but then proceeded to ejactulate into my frozen coke. I now have PTSD whenever I see a KFC

Always slow service and the food isn't usually fresh unless you ask for it to be. Cleanest KFC I've gone to, though.
