KFC Thornbury

Sorry l was disappointed with KFC in Thornbury l ordered a zinger meal and 6 wicked wings it was cold l didnt received my drink we pay alot to get fresh and hot food lent on Sunday 29th may time was 12.29 PM you guys need to pull there head in do the job right this happens more then once and you need to clean more and listen to your customers and get the ordered right and serve customers with hot food and fresh that's what they are paying for if they want cold food they will get salad and icecream

Great service with friendly staff that are very efficient and happy to serve me. Each time I go there, I always have a great experience and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. I look forward to my next trip.

I was really disappointed with my purchase tooday.
The 3 piece feed contained 3 wings, the large box of chips was 3/4 full. The strips tasted old and stale. This is unacceptable, people pay good money for food nt rubbish.

I believe the space is reasonably small but the service is very good when compared to the KFC at Fawkner and Coburg combined. Cheers to all the staff working hard and quick. You are an example to the other KFC.

I just ordered chicken tenders and a large twister meal for delivery. You sent me 3 pieces of original chicken and a small chips. How does that even happen?

Not a bad KFC but it definitely has its moments, the toilets are pretty disgusting most of the time and the staff are typical kids so you can't expect them to do a good job all the time, if you did have a issue with one of the workers you wouldn't even be able to get there name as I've noticed the boys and girls like to swap name tags for laughs.
For example every girl will be wearing boys names and the boys wearing girls. This doesn't bother me but, it kinda defeats the purpose of even having them in the first place.

KFC used to have the best chips but now the chips are flaccid and moist unlike Hungry Jack's where the chips are plumpy and firm and leave you feeling warm inside.

However the chicken is pretty good, maybe a little too good. Suspiciously good. I'm cautious towards the chicken, it's quite tasty in a concerning way at times. Some might say, delectable and challenging.

Zero customer service by staff member.most of the staff keep ignoring customers like they don't wanna serve them.

Gotta love KFC. This one is my local, so it's obviously convenient for me, quick 5 minute bike ride from my joint.

Big ups the kitchen workers on Monday afternoon. Have my kids. The chips seasoning was incredible. Shows love for the craft.

This is probably the only KFC where they will give you Zinger fillets instead of original recipe fillets. So many other KFCs will give to Original fillets even when you mentioned them that you have order Zinger fillets. The moment you enter the shop and someone will ask you immediately about your order, Toilet always clean

Great food we got in the afternoon today. Everything was freshly cooked, not oily and coating was nice and crispy. Order was spot on. Thanks KFC Thornbury

The fastest service of my life, and it's all really well made and hot. I think it was about 1 minute turnaround for a full meal, it was nuts! Highly recommend!

So happy that i have reserved a excellent service today ever I just bought a box of the wicked wings and drink at 3: 25pm today. The KFC staff is very nice and clam with the lovely smile. Give the 730 Tuesday the 14th crew a bonus. They were flat out, people inside maskless and under all that pressure they still got our complicated drive through order perfect. Even their newer people crushing it

Just visited today. Not one member of staff (I saw four) were wearing their masks properly (three had them under their nose, the guy who handed me my food had his under his chin). Seriously, take this seriously.

They were not that busy and loved the location. Lady on the Customer service was very helpful.
I would definitely visit this store soon again. Nice small Parking lots with disability access entrance as well.

I ordered the Giant Feast from KFC and had to go in for emergency bypass surgery the next day. 8/10 would recommend

Excessive wait time unprofessional staff don’t know how to work don’t ever come in this restaurant.

It was crowded. Food was just ok but little dried out. The $1 slurpy super sweet Ok service & Ok staff & Ok food.
