Love the chicken didn't have any drumsticks that we order that fine we enjoy for lunch

When served by teenagers make sure to check everything is in the bag. Otherwise they are friendly and helpful

This used to be a great KFC but it’s lousy. Have to repeat order 3 times and they still get it wrong. Undercooked chicken not that uncommon either

How hard can it be to remember to put a napkin and SPOON pack with every order! Ridiculous

One of the worst outlets. We waited around 30 mins for our food. The toilet pipe were broken and the place smell like urine. One of the lady dropped one box containing chips and she was checking if someone noticed her to put it back in the client's bag. The chicken was not cooked properly and was super oily.
If I had not checked my order, I would home without a pepsi and wings. Very unprofessional and I would recommend people not to go there. Better to go to some other outlet.

What's happened to the KFC chicken and zinger burgers! Is it real chicken anymore? It's just flat patties with a bit of crunch. I worked at KFC 30 years ago now they were real chicken burgers. Big and thick and you could see the chicken meat. Not anymore sadly.

They forgot to add the 18 chicken nuggets in my order- I ordered a Giant Feast. I am very upset that this could happen. I would recommend another KFC to get your orders.

Staff were friendly and courteous food was the best I've had at a KFC kudos to the manager and staff

Generally good service and quality product but on Sat 24th dec 2022 the evening drive through staff were inpatient openly disrespectful and rude lll be taking it further.

Tired of orders with missing items.will no longer be buying from this place.never a good experience save your money and hassles and go order somewhere else

Ordered from this store on uber eats, instead of one of my 5 piece original tenders I received a can of Pepsi and small chips which I had not ordered. All intermixed and taped together so it definitely was no fault to the driver, in a dispense style outlet like fast food, one can and should expect it to be dispensed correctly. Very annoying.

Came in for the first time the other night,

A guy named Zac served me on drivethru and was overly friendly and kind as he explained the menu quick and thoroughly.

Food was great!

Just waited 10 mins for a couple of items (3 loose and 1 meal) i was the only in store customer when i ordered.in that time saw barely any work done, and stood watching as staff were 3 after the other shaking hands with their mates who came in and were chatting for ages.then i got home and half of the meal was missing in the end.train high schoolers to do their job properly not a tough job to do

David is absolutely the best.amazing customer service, even though the store was closing he still let us through, literally a legend.also maya has amazing customer service, the staff there are so so nice

Worest experience, half cook chicken not even fresh, lots of oil and salt.chips also recooked one not even fresh.we are very much disappointed.they are spoiling KFC image with unexperience staff.someone have to take responsibility because I waisted all my money.christmas feast was very bad experience.

I am often served by a team member who I have recently found outs name is Zac.

Every time I come in Zac takes my order with genuine kindness and care.
He will always take his time to carefully explain the menu to me

Went to the store 7.30 friday night, 20 for 20, WOEFUL nuggets sooo thin and dry, strips small hardley coated with crumbs and left a chemical taste in my mouth, thru half it in the bin, first time customer at this location and will be the last

If i could give zero star i would…. I ordered via Menulog.i ordered a zinger box and instead i got a wings combo.i was like fuggeddaboutit and just decided to eat it anyway because i know how hard hospo can be (i probably would have done the same thing). But i took a bite from the wing and it was just fully raw: (. I ate about 3 of them i’m worried

Great looking girls working here with exceptional communication and friendliness, love this place however note, they need to clean it more lol
