The lovely young ladies who served me at the drive through were so helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service.

Got my order over the counter they gave me what was ordered and they didn't even put in a bag I had to ask for 1 and gave me a bag that couldn't even put a single item in because it was too small and to top it off the bag was thrown on the counter for me the pack. When she saw nothing was going to fit she just stood there staring. What an idiot.

Very fresh and hot chicken. Staff was very kind too. Sunshine KFC is one of the best KFC branch in australia.

Ordered a Original Recipe combo box from the Sunshine Branch and received barely 3 pieces.
Not only are their chickens dry, stale and cold. They will give you 3 pieces indefinitely, even though 2 pieces combined should typically make up for the size of one! Not happy with the inconsistency.

Manages to mess up the order every single time I go there, when you come home have a look there's always something missing, 4 th time this happened now. Poor management.

When we were here this time the chicken was great, not greasy & full of flavour. The staff are usually quite unpleasant no matter when you go here, they'll get the order wrong & blame the customer, refuse to replace missing items, take the receipt so you can't complain. Really dodgy. But they were OK as well this time.

The quality of service really needs to be looked at. Every time I go to the store, that staff seems too busy playing around with friends that come in the store while customers are left waiting for service. On top of that, they dont listen to the order properly and always get it wrong. This happens almost every time I go there.

Terrible food. Potato and gravy stuck to the spoon so that meant what gravy. The girl that served me was nice. Worse kfc we have had.

We dine in and the place was cold so we have to eat quickly the temperature outside was better than inside.

I tend to order the family bucket. Kids are nice and friendly and are starting to get my order right. Place looks clean and inviting.

This place is like always out of chicken past 8pm it is really weird. Avoid it go to hungry jacks up the road of the Maccas. This one is really badly managed

Had a preference for no breast original recipe - they did not follow through - also asked for extra salt on chips- chips hand no salt

The most oily kfc around this area, not clean staff is ok but not cool

And dnt know its kfc but it doesnt taste as gud as other kfcs

Better of drive a bit hard nd go to kfc footscray thats better or even kfc sunshine plaza taste is acceptable though not as good as kfc footscray

The place is a kindergarten.dumb ass manager must be 18.avoid this kfc.foods always cold and if you order zinger burgers you get original recipe burgers and vise versa.sometimes the chips are warm.

I wanted a twisterbox but they were out of wicked wings. I ordered a twister combo and a snackpack. Only got the combo. No tissues given either. Sauce everywhere as bountiful as my unsatisfied stomache.

Customers are happy to wait when it is busy or there is a wait on an item they have ordered but when there is no customer service and staff are unable to multitask and move as slow as they possible can, it is pretty off putting. As this wasnt bad enough, when I asked for a refund because I was late picking up my children and could no longer wait, the staff member proceeded to take her time counting out 19 x 5c pieces to make up the 95c portion of my refund amount.
