76Worst experience, I'm pretty sure it will be the worst time that i've ever had something called chicken.
Brought a drive through zinger box meal. Burger chicken was like elastic couldn’t chew horrible feeling same as wings. Never again kfc.
Staff were great, food was great too. Would have given 5 stars, but the vehicle entry needs work. Vehicles for drive through, should have guiding lines to push to the right hand side, so those wishing to park can pass through on the left. This will help cars clear the road and intersection.
Average service, they run out of chicken very often, one night they had just nuggets and nothing else, denied reduce the price since there where no other options

Everytime (not often) I go here I'm disappointed with the food. Burgers just thrown together, stale and dry. Stale chips, runny mash. Store itself is unclean. Not impressed. I like KFC but the Sunshine store desperately needs an overhaul.
Poor service, had to ask for table to be cleaned before sitting down. 1 person received wrong meal. But the worst of all, the toilet facilities weren't clean and as you walked into the corridor to the bathroom it smelled for cat urine
More mismanaged than the Australian economy under the liberal government. Sometimes the drive-thru line backs up onto ballarat road, creating a traffic bottle neck. So, it can be bad just driving past this place. To top it off, I have had my order be wrong multiple times. Two stars because the chicken is finger licking good.
Terrible service tonight rocked up for dinner at say 8.05 pm at least 10 min wait before anyone acknowledged me Terrible waiting to be served staff walking up and down no eye contact comment made to an uber drive next to me waiting was when showing order to girl on drive thru response i cant look my job is over there then to top it of waited another 12 minutes for my order left store as i checked time 8.27pm
Simply not good enough ive been coming to this store a very very long time seems service getting worse and worse everytime
Waited over an hour for my food and that’s having preordered online too. The staff don’t seem to care at all and move like sloths. There were about 6 delivery/Uber eats drivers that were also waiting amongst the lines of disgruntled customers and yet there was no hustle from the staff to get orders packed. The drive through line was also a nightmare.
I asked for a double zinger meal and the lady had no idea what I'm earth i was talking about after finally understanding me it takes them about 15-20min just to get a order even when you're the only customer
By far the worst kfc store in Melbourne. Rude staff, dry, old food. Your order will always miss some items. You order through the app for quicker pick up but you end up waiting even longer. Store is always dirty

The line is always very long and blocks the main road (Ballarat Rd) almost causing rear end accidents. The staff have no care in the world. Spent 20 min in line, way before the specials cut off time of 4.30pm for the staff to say it's past 4.30pm you can't order that anymore. Absolutely no care given. I was so mad I left without anything. Their management needs to get their s*** in order.
When fast food is no longer fast you have a severe problem with either staff training or procedural inefficiency.
I walked on the dot at half past 7 and there was only 1 person ahead of me ordering at the service desk, this made no difference to me as I ordered via the machines before they had even started to order. Effectively putting me first in the queue amongst the two of us who had ordered.
There was worryingly though 3-4 uber drivers who were waiting for orders. So I thought there might be a slightly longer delay in getting my food.
The store was staffed by at least 6 girls and 2 guys who were indifferent to the rapidly filling queue and within minutes of my arrival I counted 11 people (including uber drivers) waiting for orders or to order. One poor lady who was lining up to order and was first in the queue waited at least 5-10 minutes to be asked if she wanted anything. There seemed to be no managers to take charge of a young and slow crew.
In the time first 15mins instore I only saw 2 orders being picked up by an uber driver, with one of the pickups being a uber driver who had just arrived. Very puzzling why he got his order infront of all the other drivers waiting.
Finally after 18mins I got my zinger burger, now if the store was busy and overrun with customers I wouldn't say anything but being that there were 8 staff to 11 customer and with my position in the ordering queue (1st or 2nd), the tardiness was inexcusable.
I have worked in restaurants and customer service roles before, as both general staff and a managerial role. So I recognise really poor customer service and no urgency in the work.
The young crew seemed more interested in chatting and interacting with each other than actually serving out the food, only when the store filled up and they eventually realised they were taking too long did they pick up the pace and I finally got my order. However nearly all the uber drivers who had arrived before myself we still there when I left
I'm pretty sure the owners or management will never see my review, but in the slight chance they do. Please get better managers because if you are taking 18 minutes to bring out a burger then there is a serious problem in your training your managers.
Burgers and wraps were slapdashed put together. Chicken was old and dry. The chips were terribly stale to the point that they were not consumable. The coleslaw foil had already been pierced. The only thing salvageable from the meal was a Pepsi Max.
Always slow. Long queues.
Always seeming to run out of food, even before covid.
Put a "no eftpos in drive thru" sign on the speaker box, once you're already trapped in that queue.
Chips always poorly cooked. Very disappointing.

What is a fast food restaurant, kfc should be a slow food restaurant, wait for an hour, the food has not come out, I will not dare to eat kfc in the future. Junk food,staff Do things very slowly,
The worst experience ever! We wanted 10 minutes to place an order with an inexperienced staff who kept asking for assistance. Waited for another 30 minutes for the orders and was told that the chicken was not ready and had to wait 20minutes. While outside Drive Ins and Uber orders are quickly being serve. Numerous people were turn away causing more delays and customers upset.inside the staff are laughing and joking around. What is going on KFC?
Bad experiences of fast food service, irresponsible staff and not enough experience to help customers have a good experience.always make the wrong order simple and lack of fever
