I order at 11: 20 but there was no delivery’s available and I was at the hospital cuz of a friend so we were starving, but we could not get the food and the order was canceled, it was ok we were worry cuz of our friend but I have never got my money back to my account, still waiting and I try to call to customer service and it’s not working I sent a claim but there is no answer, the app just stole my money and who knows if I’ll get it back any day, so be careful the app it’s not working well

One of the worst KFC I’ve had in a long time. Very disappointing with the food.
I have to mention the friendly staff but the food was awful.

Ordered drive-thru, got home and discovered hair tangled in my food. It was so obvious so I don't understand how it was missed when packing. Disgusting and put me off from eating the rest of my food. Sent a formal complaint but no-one responded.

This store turns off their frozen drink machine from 7PM. This effectively means I don't consume a drink with my meals because I don't drink the other options. The frozen drink machine should be kept on until the business closes for the night.

One of the worst kfc I have ever experience the toilets were dirty and the customer service, they treated the people like dogs. They also kept screaming at us that the food would be done quick i ordered only 6 wicked wings and they made us wait for over an hour. I am so close on sueing this place they even witnessed a kid getting assaulted and did nothing

Ordered on the app for delivery and they didn’t even start our order. The delivery person was already there and the order wasn’t even ready. We requested the order to be delivered again and they didn’t even confirm the order just let us wait for half an hour then they cancelled it never order through them again

Not only was the Chicken over cooked but the oil had not been changed for sometime. We also had a large packet of chips missing from our order. Would not recommend this place.

The window guy is so very rude and he don't listen, what the customer want! Around 10: 53pm!

There’s literally always something missing when I come to this store. My mother (who’s obviously not a native Australian) said that we were missing a large Potato & Gravy which was also listed on her receipt, the lady that served her (clearly a teen) had hounded her assuming she wasn’t telling the truth. Only to have my mother come back to the car and say “they don’t believe me so I couldn’t get it”. Instead of having me drive down myself, address my concerns about DISCRIMINATION and also for them to rectify my order, the manager then apologised and gave me the missing item. It’s not the fact that the item wasn’t in the order (as this happens all the time) how about we DEFER from RACISM and DISCRIMINATION? !?
I had a few words for the server as her actions were absurd, inappropriate and wrong! I will not result to violence but she knew not to do that again.

I ordered online for pickup, I arrived at the store and had to wait half an hour to get my food. Customers orders ahead of me were being served and I was made to wait, many foods weren’t ready and had to be replaced. They also forgot some stuff in my order, disappointed. Customer service was nice though.

Waited 30mins at the drive-through to pick up my online order. However, when I arrived at the drive-through windows they told me the order isn't available to pick up as some items is unavailable and issued a refund. Seriously? !

Terrible food, even worse service. Rude staff including the manger. Was once a great store but with the new management there it has gone down hill fast

Slow if not, non existent customer service, ordered hot chips got cold instead, staff look bored like they don't want to be there.

It's KFC what more do you want!

Chips and burgers were good. Took a while but that differs over the day obviously

I order ziger box large but just put inside the box 2 small pices and charge me $15: 95
so thats wrog

I had 2 order I mistakenly chooses one in store pick up and another on drive thru. I asked my in-store pickup on drivethru where my name was call out and they refused to give my order and made me come to store driving whole around. Such a terrible kids not coming back again

Very bad customer service and 1 items missing every time, I think this kfc not managing properly, something wrong with most of the staff

I mean, it's not health food but the shop constantly produces rubbish food.
Cold soft chips with no salt.
Wrap bread was stiff and brittle. Chicken dry and flavourless.
At least this time they didn't stock out of chicken.
The extra five min trip up to Cairnlea is worth it for me from now on.

Lovely stuff had a problem with some food I received they were more than happy to replace it for me.
That's good customer service right there.

App is supposed to make your ordering easy and fast but then you wait 20 minutes to get through drive through. Every 3rd order is wrong so make sure you check your order before you leave
