Their card machine was broken during the busiest hours and they made customers come in to pay. Girl at the window took my order and then 1. Failed to mention when I should go in. 2. After waiting 25 mins I went in to check on the order and IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN PLACED YET.

AVOID unless you are literally dying for KFC. Staff are way overworked, underpaid and will not give two ****s about you. Everyone is kind of dead inside including the manager.

Manager on Friday evening thinks this world revolves around her.you should be ashamed of yourself who takes a minimum wage job soo seriously

I ordered but no one received, they said wait, wait 10 minutes I still haven't seen anyone to serve me, I asked for the second time, the girl told another girl who is cleaning trash outside to come in to receive the order, and she was busy, but I saw her and the others standing inside talking about something. I continued to wait for the girl to finish cleaning up before coming in to serve us…. It sucks, but I also thank the trash girl who took my order.

Very bad experience if the restaurant is busy the staff don’t care about online order for Uber, doordash… the staff is very rude

When using drive thru, 9 out of 10 times they’ll get your order wrong or you’ll have items missing, it’s like the staff there don’t know how to count. Do yourself a favour and check your order before leaving otherwise you’ll end up with half of what you paid for. Smh.

The staff that I talked to over the speaker-phone from the drive-through at around 7: 45-8: 00pm on a Saturday, 26th of June 2021, felt like they don't like their job. The chicken served tasted like it was fried twice and almost dry.

Got 15 chicken wings for $10. Ordered through app and was ready for me when I arrived in the drive thru.

Update: 6 July, 6.45pm. Writing this review while I'm waiting in line for the drive thru to pick up my online order. Its been a 20 minute wait that started on Ballarat road and I haven't even reached the drive thru speaker yet.

Some KFCs can be a hit or a miss depending on the time of the day and how busy it is. This KFC is consistently bad no matter what time you go.

This was extremely busy when we got there, and there was a long queue for the drive-thru, so we went inside to order. There weren't too many people queuing inside, so our order didn't take too long. Everything we ordered was correct, although the 3 tenders were very small.

Used the drive through and had to wait a little bit for the food to come to me. I was not to fussed but unfortunately as usual they forgot the sauces and didnt put any salt on the chips. The chips are the main reason I got to KFC and if there is no salt its not worth it.

Staff attitude is impolite, I bought on Tuesday 11/5 the chicken is not crispy. Staff also did not allow wet paper to wipe

The always seem to have issues with my online order and frequently run out of chicken. Yes it's ironic KFC running out of chicken but trust me it happens more than you can imagine

It is hit and miss here. We brought the deal for 10 wicked wings and when we got home there was only 8 in the box, l have brought them since and mentioned at the drive through what had happen only days earlier and nothing, not an apology or 2 extra this time, nothing. Also, sometimes the Chicken is nice, white & well cooked and other times not so good, its dark and looks like it is old. I always put it in a hot oven for at least 10mins to drain some of the fat out.

I've ordered a 3 piece box via Deliveroo several times here in the last few months and very single time I make an order, I'm only given tiny little pieces of dried keel and wings. Not a single thigh, breast or drumstick. Neither was I supplied with refreshing towels for each of those orders.

At first I decided I would just let the first order ratings go as I thought maybe someone was still in training and wasn't doing their job properly.

After the second and third order, I am going to give this place 1 star. Considering the fact that I've gave them 3 chances to serve me and none of them were satisfactory.

The service was not as I expected.
They didn't have tissues for clients
Very rude employees.

This KFC is the best you'll find in the area, their service is quick, they are open late and provide great service. Like every restaurant they make mistakes. Our last order almost half the order was missing (over 10 dollars worth) we returned and they gave us our missing half of the order and whole bag full of fresh KFC goodies and yum-yums for free as compensation. Highly recommended!

I take away from KFC Sunshine and I can't believe they give something like this to customer, i hope the staffs can check the chicken before handing to customer, KFC tasty!

Went with my wife and two kids under 4yo. Every table was dirty. We wiped out own table clean before sitting. A presumably homeless man came in and went through the bin in the centre of the store for a few minutes

Best tasting KFC in years, first visit 2 weeks ago, popped in again this week, just as good as the first time, crispy batter, moist chicken & cooked through, great staff!

They put plenty of sauce on the burger I was shocked some KFC's are stingey. They also served hot friend. I commend them for bringing a satisfying meal to me.
