KFC Roxburgh Park

Bad customer service waited 10 minutes just to order while the customer service lady was talking with her colleague. And then we got our order (for 5) none of us could eat the chips because it was too salty coverd by chiken salt not just that they didn't have tissues nor hand wipes and that was just around 8 30 pm. I don't recommend kfc roxburghpark at all.

I thought the Aioli was missed in my first take away order, couple of months back. But it was not there in my yesterday's take away as well. I expected to have it in the order as it's there in the menu. Since I found it after reaching home and the store is far from my home, didn't go back. I wouldn't prefer this store.

Place is a joke waited 20 minutes just to be served the 20 minutes for 3 to buckets.train your staff every order before me had something missing so people are taking staff away from preparing orders

Great, sat in drive through for 45 mins and had to wait 15min cause they ran out of chicken, when the order finally came to us there was no chicken in the order and had to go back in.

Walked in last night orderd meal waited for it left got home and it was disgusting my kids refused to eat thier nuggets as they were burnt over cooked and the god damm chips were colder than the weather outside tried calling 10 times to speak to manager not one person picked up phone i just tried again and still no one answers absolutly shocking service and no respect to the customers

Don't take your order without double checking everything. They are pretty consistent at getting orders wrong or forgetting to add things.

I dont eat KFC. But if i did, it would be from here. On the odd occasion that I stole a chips from someone who bought from this location, it tasted good. Haven't heard anything bad about the place. They haven't gotten an order wrong yet, so that's good.

It was 9pm and they close at 12 on a Wednesday.but they had nothing available but 2 piece chicken. I received 2 small wings

Despite the rush of New Year's Day customers coming through, Joel was killing it at the register whilst taking our order. Very quick and helpful, keep it up!

We waited 45 minutes for chicken. I wish it was an exaggeration. Ordered chicken via the app at 1730. Arrived at 1905, left with chicken at 1950. I give them an extra star for giving freebies to make up for the long wait.

Not a good branch. Poor service and long wait times, orders are almost always mucked up. The quality of the food is poor too. Wouldn't recommend this KFC!

Put complaint to head office if I could give a minus 10 I would absouloty discusting in all aspects and quality choose other store keep away from this one

It was really busy and they were under staffed.thry really needed adult managers to manage the grumpy customers.i felt sorry for them as they were young to handle the aggressive customer they have had. The chips also was empty. Merry Christmas

Food too greasey, chicken too dry and the service takes nearly 30mins everytime no matter what time of the day

Last night myself along with roughly 12 other cars had waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting. No apology or nothing. The food was disgusting. The order was wrong. On a friday night you think you would put on more staff if you know it will be busy. Ive never had to wait in a drive thru for that long. No cars moving and no explanation. Than you have your young and immature staff laughing at the customers getting frustrated.

Terrible. Usually everything is fine, however recently the food was not suitable to eat and I got food poisoning.

Absolutely disgusted at this KFC. No spoon or napkins put in bag for 3rd time. Twister was thrown together. All the young girl was intrested in was giving free food out to family or a friend. Eating area was so dirty. The only descent person and good hospitality service is from Allan through drive through. Should be more like him.

Always busy.but that’s because their chicken is finger lickin good right? ! Need to open another shop closer to Mickleham area.
