I wouldn’t normally rate a fast food restaurant as I understand it’s a fast paced environment which often changes but today I was surprised to find a very clean restaurant, fresh food and friendly staff

Great service, pleasant and efficient staff overall an enjoyable shopping experience and the chicken was pretty good as well.

Love the fast food restaurant, the meals are tasty and the place is clean, its a great place to unite with friends and family.

As a customer who comes every week with 3 friends.

Helen and Elis provided us with exceptional customer service, nicest kfc employees I’ve ever dealt with! Food was exceptional as well!

Akad is the best worker, looked after me and made the food so fresh and yum it really was finger licking good

Waited 40+ mins in drive-thru before they took my order. And then they messed up the entire order. No apology or anything. Won't be going back there again.

They stuffed my order up had to drive back and get it replaced. I felt sorry for the young girl that got me on my return trip she was so apologetic. It wasn't her fault it was one of her work mates fault. Check your orders before you leave the car park.

There were several people from drive through and people dining in who had been there longer and were in disbelief with what was happening in a fast food restaurant.
Will never visit this KFC again!

10 minute wait in drive thru not very good. Chips always half full and half cooked. Need to improve oackaging for chips. No servettes or wipes. You charge enough so these things should be stock standard.

In the many times that I've had to order here, 3 times already have I gone back home disappointed to find that another box of Orginal Chicken Pieces are missing from my order. When it gets passed through the checkout window they always assure me that everything is in the bag. This is what happens when you trust strangers

Nice food. Standard KFC prices. This KFC can get a bit busy at times so there's sometimes a fairly long wait (compared to other fast food shops). But this place is usually cleaner than the two other major fast food outlets nearby.

Customer service is non existent. They mess the orders up constantly and rarely do you walk out with a correct order. Don't recommend

Always been a favorite of mine (store wise) even though we have one I craigieburn. Often I've found myself going to this store due to the long lines at craigieburn. They may turn over the staff, but the overall experience is still up to scratch.

Always under staffed. Friday night drive thru is always 20mins plus. Never put spoons in meals with gravey. And often don't get buns. Am I asking to much?

Bad service waited 45 minutes for chicken ask for refund and received no apology from workers or manager won't be going back

I waited for over 30 minutes for a single wrap! My pregnant wife waited and made us late to an appointment. The workers in the back were swearing while there was costumers with there kids around.

This was unprofessional and the manager/ owner should be extremely disappointed with their workers.

Good food and good staff. A new girl starting was fantastic at the drive Thru. Good job guy's. Plenty of car parking and disabled parking also.

KFC is certainly a sometimes food and I hadn't had it for ages, but the family meal was great and less greasy than I remembered. Service was reasonably quick on a Friday night when it was busy.

Not happy at all, every time I order online I get the worst quality the bread is over defrosted like a rock, also the chicken we had to chuck 4 meals in the rubbish and the gravy's containers were melted, discussting as, seriously guys? ! We spend a lot of money on food that we have to throw away!
Not good at all!
