Staff are super rude. No napkins were provided. When asked they throw the napkins on the counter.

I initially made an online ordered. It never came and the store lost the order details My husband was given a replacement meal - which was also incorrect- not impressed.

Free how disgusting inside your chicken is raw and makes me sick all the time lucky I didn't sued you but next time I will

It's okay food is warmish service is ok but you can see the workers just don't want to be there I see it in every takeaway place

The worst KFC We got home chips were half full with no salt to there was something burnt inside the zinger burger I will never go there again I called the store manager didn’t even apologise

The zinger burger was inedible tasted like rubber, as if cooked from frozen, chips unseasoned and cold. Will not return

Got a zinger crunch twister combo a couple of weeks ago, the twister was terrible, was missing all ingredients in the twister except chicken strip's and Mayo.only good thing was chips

Nice food. Standard KFC prices. This KFC can get a bit busy at times so there's sometimes a fairly long wait (compared to other fast food shops). But this place is usually cleaner than the two other major fast food outlets nearby.

Edit (3 years after review above) : This would have to now be the slowest KFC in Australia. When coming to eat here, make sure you bring some food and drink with you to have while your order is being made.

I went into the store to buy dinner, and as with the previous 6 or 7 times the meal was short items. On previous occasions the meal was sometimes cold as well.

I just picked up my order from KFC Roxburgh Park. I have never had such an amazing experience with anyone at a drive through. Her name was Samar (I think that’s how you spell it). She was happy, smiling, knew her product, had a sense of humour and was all round fantastic. I think everyone fast food restaurant and everyday customer service should have a Samar. Thank you for making my day, week, month. You deserve employee of the year.

Really bad customer service by young staff. No respect to customers. Management should consider about this. And all the staff is young and unqualified

Took 20 minutes to be served, understaffed l presume. Very mediocre chicken pieces. Chicken burger was reasonable.
Tables mainly dirty and rubbish left behind by feral customers. Mens toilet very dirty as well. This is 2pm on a Thursday. Glad l was only passing through. Just what you would expect of the area.

Very slow service, made too many mistakes on our order. Very noisy, a few you boys swearing. Stay away.

This place is a hit and miss. Pre lunch peak it’s great. Lunch peak time onwards has always left me with lengthy delays and undercooked food. Customer service was always good however. It also loses 1 star due to its parking arrangement. It’s very very tight

Careless Staff. Allways check what they put in your bag. Not man enough to face you when they are WRONG.

Great food, but understaffed; wait times longer than they probably should be, and some rubbish sitting on tables.

Customer service here is always super nice and it's refreshing to go through drive thru without them bombarding you with the "is that all? ! " everytime you say something lol deffs recommend!

The restuarant is always filthy, floors are disgusting, toilets are always a mess. Its a real shame and turn off.
Food is OK, customer service is great.

I really recommend this KFC there will take care of your order and there food is really fresh this is probably the best KFC in North Melborne
