I am deeply disappointed in the quality of the chicken the chicken tastes ashy and burnt these employees need some customer service skills! Will not be coming back here again #no maccas slaps. PRIODE

Every time I buy by drive thru always never had napkins to clean your hand also couple of times missing items on my order

Came to Roxburgh park kfc through drive through. The chicken STINKSSSSSSS it looks disgusting after I call and complain josh tells me there’s nothing he can do after I nearly got poisoned by the disgusting chicken they give to their customers. Josh was not helpful what so ever and if anything he was the most rudest person I’ve spoken to it’s as if he didn’t believe me. Never will I come back to this kfc again. Litteraly disgusting yuck

I really recommend this KFC because they got through my order perfectly with nothing wrong I look forward to gong there again the time they took to get it ready was perfect and so was the food at the end their customer service was Alright for a KFC worker definitely look forward coming here again

Easily the worst kfc I've been to. I work around the corner and have been there many times. I always order early and wait before leaving work. Tonight I ordered at 8.03 and got my meal at 8.50. I usually wouldnt bother writing a review but this has happened 3 times in a row. What made me angry was I waited 20 or so minutes, other customers came in ordered and got their meals before me. Would give this KFC a miss at all costs unless you like waiting.

Worst KFC, I ordered online and I paid by PayPal, and I waited inside for an hour, I told the staff what was happening with my order, again everyone who came after me took their order before me, (Never Again in that wtore).

The dining area was clean when I visited. The male toilet was not yet bearable. The drivethru service was averagely quick; staff were friendly. The outside parking area was tidy; I like the tinge of green landscape.

It really depends with this kfc, if they say a 15min wait on wicked wings, on 3 occasions they told that to me and ended up being close to 35min wait every time.

You can guarantee that you will not get what you ordered every time you go there, if they don't have what you ordered they will substitute it without even asking you. Wrong 10 times out of 10.

Got me self take away this mid morning. 2 kebabs.order garlic sauce.but no sauce.very disappointed.half of it end up to me cats.

Literally disgusting i found a cockroach in my popcorn chicken WHICH WAS FRIED. For about 3 days i felt sick (nausea). I will not be ordering kfc ever again after this experience

The owner only employs young kids that have no experience, no understanding of customer care, or any ownership. After waiting 90 mins for an order the so called manager on duty, response “that’s the best we can do”

What an amazing staff member. The ranger restaurant (Ralph) today was on top of everything. He is ready to be a manager, showed care and he was super efficient! Finally someone with that attitude!

Not even worth a 1. After waiting 2 hours, my order is cancelled, ridding the right of mine to have food. Nec minute I'm left in a half dead state anxiously looking for something to eat. Somewhat not the best experience I have conjured. God bless and love you all but please and I mean please don't go to this KFC

Really bad customer service they won’t serve me at the desk counter but just online and drive through when I can’t go through The drive thru because I was driving a truck and the height clearance wasn’t enough!
Won’t be there again to get attitude from staff members as well when we want to pay them to get some food and support business during covid

Unlike the Craigieburn store, this KFC store practices customer service! I always drive out to this store instead of Craigieburn as the staff get the order right!

Very poor and long waiting period we use the app to order online before we get to the store then once we get there we still have to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes minimum

Chips were hot, did have to return the burger, but they were very prompt in replacing it. Thanks

I gave two stars, because once I paid almost 14 bucks for a large tender box. But no tender after paid, which is ok and happens. Then I was asked if I would like to change tender to wings or nuggets. Then I said nuggets. My bad I did not ask how many nuggets. Then when I open it at home only 6 nuggets sitting there. 6 nuggets in a main meal is for 5 years old. When you dont have what customer ordered AFTER THEY PAY and you already have a disappointed customer. Now more disappointed as literally we got a small kids meal. At least give a bit more to compensate. Next time anything not available sorry I will need a full refund too bad.
