70Busy. Disorganized. 20 minute wait. Wrong order received. The owners should be ashamed of them selves by putting those kids under pressure like that.
Poor quality food. Regularly make mistakes on your order. I would go to another if it was close.
Today I bought kfc from Rowville store, in fact, I buy from this store regularly. Never really thought to bother reviewing them until today.
I went through the drivethru to be told its a 10 minute wait for chicken, which in all fairness, it was 1.30pm so probably just getting over lunch period and they looked fairly busy.
I decided to wait, it wasn't even a 10 minute wait, I then noticed my meal was upgraded to large. This to me is very good customer service, manager clearly is very smart and knows how to compensate customers.
Recommend, very good kfc.
Great set up.spacious and airy with nice view of passing traffic. Service is fast and friendly. Nice place to chillout but unfortunately doesn't stay open all night. Close to shopping mall and shopping strip. Good parking.
Visited Rowville store, chips were Luke warm, chicken was dry and bun was squashed and hard
Stay away from the Rowville kfc
KFC is KFC, and this store is the norm. They keep it pretty clean, be it the serving area, tables or toilets. Drive through is fast and efficient, they tick all the boxes. KFC employ a number of school kids where this is their first jobs. It's pleasing to see the effective training that the youngsters of today recieve and how KFC contributes to this. Food is great. Typical KFC.
Chips were quite fresh and well seasoned for a change. Zinger stacker burger was also fresh but the chicken was a little dry. Overall reasonably good. Restaurant was clean and well lit.

. Their customer service and the food itself was really good on my recent visit. I'd be happy to go there again. The lighting in the loo wasn't great though and the black decor on there makes it worse.
